The Beacon is so close to the beach that you can jump from bed to board, walking barefoot in your wetsuit to the sand for a morning surf. Check the swell without even leaving your retreat, with sea views from almost every room.
The location couldnât be any better. Youâll be staying directly on the beach, where you can pop back during a day in the waves to grab lunch from the kitchen. Youâre seconds from great local facilities, including a surf hire directly next door and a beach cafĂ© for brunching, lunching and coffee fixes all day long. Plus, direct access to the coast path seconds from your front door means you can walk for miles.
Guests will receive a 20% discount at the Black Rock Cafe and Shop, and complimentary surf hire during your stay.
Leave the car behind and find everything you need on foot, with three pubs walking distance away, and Budeâs town centre a scenic walk along the coast (with buses running to and fro).

Large central dining table seating 10, with feature hanging lights.
Fully equipped kitchen, with cosy snug seating next to the central island, making for the perfect socialising space where wave watching, cooking and good conversation flow.
Kitchen also features double oven with microwave, Quooker hot tap, induction hob on the central island, three bar stools, fridge/freezer and doors to the balcony with sea views.
Rear facing windows where you can see the grass roofs of the retreat and extra light can come in.
Colourful coastal artwork, cosy cushions and throws, and plenty of houseplants create a homely yet beach-chic feel.
