The Space:
A peaceful rural retreat, the cottage offers:
-Living Area: Large, comfortable space with sofas, armchairs, fireplace, and smart TV.
-Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto a spacious dining room with countryside views and seating for all guests.
-Conservatory & Patio: Conservatory with doors to the patio, outdoor seating, and room to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
-Bedrooms: 6 bedrooms (2 king, 1 double, 2 twin, 1 bunk room) plus a trundle bed for a 13th guest (additional fee applies).
-All beds feature crisp hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage.
-Bathrooms: 3 large family bathrooms (2 with baths, 1 wellness cold water shower) plus a separate WC.
-Complimentary towels and toiletries provided.
Connectivity & Parking: Free WiFi and on-site parking for multiple vehicles.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the cottage.
The Neighborhood:
A peaceful location surrounded by farmland with lovely coastal views. Less than 5 mins drive (or 25 minute walk) from Widemouth Bay, where you can make the most of the stunning beach and enjoy surfing, watersports or coastal walks . Here there is a small selection of cafes and bars but for more choice you can head 5 minutes up the coast to Bude. Bude is a bustling coastal town, home to an array of shops, bars, restaurants and even a night club. You can also rent surfboards, SUPs or book boat trips, fishing or other activities from one of the tour operators based in Bude. Here you will also find a large Morrisons supermarket for your groceries.
Getting Around:
Widemouth bay is just a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away. Bude is less than 10 minutes by car or taxi. There are local bus services and the nearest stop is a 20 minute walk away.
Other Things to Note:
We have a number of similar cottages available in the same complex, and would be happy to discuss bookings for larger groups across multiple cottages.
Please note, check-in is between 3pm - 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer check-ins outside of these times.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and canât be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
