This is a few years ago restored undivided loft apartment located on the 3rd floor, with elevator, in the old historical “Gizella Steam Mill”.
The central place of the apartment is the lounge, dining, and kitchen area. With its massive hardwood dining table, this is a space for dining and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located next to the dining area. The kitchen is fitted with quality appliances, including dishwasher and microwave, etc.
The apartment has a large bathroom with a bathtub, washstand and toilet, and a separate toilet with a smaller sink.
The flat has a double Boxspring bed, a sofa bed, and a baby traveling bed.
