Classical apartment with modern style downtown!

3 bedroom apartment. When we renovated this apartment, our aim was to establish a home that would offer us the opportunity to relax alongside of friends and family. We fashioned a classic apartment infused with a modern twist, featuring an open-plan living room and kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The apartment has a high speed internet connection. The ceiling height is 4.1 meters (approximately 13.45 feet), contributing to the spacious feel of the apartment. Additionally, we cherish its central city location, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, cafes, shops, and boutiques. We hope you find as much enjoyment in staying at our home as we do!

The apartment features an open-plan living room combined with a full equipted kitchen, creating a spacious and welcoming area.

The master bedroom, overlooking the street, features a balcony, a desk, and a tiled stove, adding a touch of sophistication. From this bedroom and from the hallway you can enter one of the bathrooms. The bathroom is equiped with a combo washing/drying machine.

The second bedroom, which looks out onto the yard, includes a loft. This loft area has a ceiling height of approximately 1.865 meters (about 6,118 feet), and is furnished with a king-size bed (on the loft). The bedroom also have private bathroom.

The third bedroom (the smaller one), looks out onto the yard is furnished with a queen-size bed and a desk.

The apartment i located on the second floor and has no elevator.
We ask that you be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night. No parties are allowed.
Air condition must be closed from 22:00 to 08:00
(10 pm – 8 am) not to disturb neighbors.
Please dont use shoes inside.
Please close do not open any windows and please make sure all doors are closed when you leave the apartment.
Illegal downloads are forbidden.
Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet.

12-days in Budapest

This was a perfect apartment for our family of 5. Close to everything and on the bus line. Clean and complete. Christoper was a great communicator and responsive to are requests. My wife knew the entrance was a little sketchy because she had read the reviews, that’s why I gave 4 stars on description of property metric. Don’t let that concern you, if we are able to return to Budapest we will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay

Christopher was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for Budapest suggestions. Don't be put off by the dilapitated entrance. Apartment was roomy and bright, well-appointed and located, with Netlix. A tad cumbersome with the apt keys.

Elegant and light filled

A spacious and light filled space, well-equipped for a relaxing visit. We appreciated the convenient location and proximity to local sites, enabling us to walk almost everywhere. As a group of 4 sisters travelling with our 85 year old mom, the apartment was perfect, providing comfortable lounging and dining areas as well as privacy. Beautiful and spacious flat

We stayed here for 4 nights to attend a family wedding. Everything was within a 15 minute cab ride or easy walk. The flat was HUGE, clean, beds were comfy. Check in was a bit challenging but we managed and had no issues once we got the routine down. Christopher was GREAT to deal with. Highly recommend for groups of families. Loved our stay. Thank you.

Fantastic Stay in Budapest!

We had an amazing experience at this apartment in Budapest! It was exactly what we wanted—perfectly situated right in the middle of all the action. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it the ideal home base for our adventures. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, providing us with the best restaurant recommendations. Fantastic Location in a great city

The apartment was clean and spacious - exactly as described. Within walking distance of most sights. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and even two gluten free bakeries! The owner was extremely responsive and provided us with tons of information about Budapest that was really helpful.

Great location, excellent host.

Conveniently situated in the down town area of Budapest, this apartment was easily accessible to all the amazing attractions this beautiful city offers. Beautiful Apartment

It was a beautiful apartment in a good part of town. Stunning tall ceilings. Well furnished. Comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay, and Christopher was very nice. The one thing I will mention is that when you first enter the building, be aware that the common areas don't look nice. In fact, your first impression of the common areas will not be positive at all. But this is a problem with the entire city of Budapest. They have beautiful buildings, amazing architecture, and the apartments are great, but the common area in most buildings in Budapest is not kept up at all. But again, this is not the fault of Christopher. His apartment is very nice and we will be coming back. Thank you Christopher!

Family spring break in Budapest

Perfect Apartment and Location for a first time stay in Budapest for couple (master bed and bath) and their college aged daughter (the loft bedroom and bath) on her spring break. Close to the train and subway/tram stations as well as within easy walk to many sites such as St. Stephen’s Basilica and the Opera. Clean and roomy with washer/dryer combo. A little complicated to get in and out, having to use several different keys and a lock code. Otherwise, no complaints. Chris was very accommodating, even allowing us a late check out.

Incredible Apartment in Budapest!

I stayed at Chris' apartment for my recent trip to Budapest and highly recommend it! It was the perfect location for exploring all Budapest has to offer - Christmas Markets, the Danube, the Chain Bridge and Buda, beautiful Parliament, amazing restaurants and bars and the thermal baths. The apartment was perfect for two travelers and provided us our own spacious, private quarters with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. I will be back!

Fantastic property in a wonderful city

The location of the property is great if you want to be based in and around the hub of the city with easy access to transport and all the main attractions. The host is great at communicating giving a introduction to the property and the facilities around plus how to get there and what to do. Although the entrance to the building may look a bit tired this is fairly typical for Budapest, but once in the appartment, it is clean and modern with everthing we needed. To be honest, comfortable beds, clean and tidy is what we wanted and this most definately had that. If you are looking for somewhere to stay for two couples and want two bathrooms, then look no further. Thanks for a great stay in a wonderful city.

The perfect base from Sziget to City Center!

Stayed at this stellar accommodation during the Sziget festival. It was just a quick 15-minute taxi ride away, and the convenience of a bus stop directly outside was a bonus. Our gracious host was attentive and flexible, accommodating our unique arrival and departure schedules. The rooms exceeded our expectations; each boasted an en-suite and the high, grand ceilings amplified the sense of space. A charming balcony provided a perfect spot to bask in the sun and admire the scenic neighborhood views. Its central location made access to local attractions a breeze, and lengthier strolls introduced us to the hidden gems of Budapest. Navigating to our room was effortless, thanks to the host’s detailed photos and instructions. The multiple secure doors added a much-appreciated layer of security.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Budapest

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Budapest. It is located just a few blocks from St Stephen’s Basilica, from Andrassy Avenue, the Hungarian Parliament and the lovely Danube River. The apartment was clean and spacious - just like the pictures. What was a little surprising is the entryway, stairs (it’s on the second floor) and multiple keys, but we were able to master this easily after the first time in. We had no issues during our stay except that we could not get the air conditioning to work. But the weather was really beautiful while we were there so it was not a problem for us except our first night. Overall a fantastic location and we had a comfortable stay.
