Grand appartement à, un emplacement FANTASTIQUE IMPRESSIONNANT. L'appartement est situé dans le 6Úme arrondissement de Pest entouré de haut de gamme zone commerciale exclusive, théùtres, restaurants, pubs, restaurants, clubs au 3Úme étage d'un bùtiment historique. CE est le meilleur emplacement dans la lutte antiparasitaire, il ya beaucoup beaucoup aprtmts du centre-ville, mais le 6Úme arrondissement est le meilleur !! Alors, restez avec nous et vous aurez un temps merveilleux!

RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, l'appartement est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec machine Ă  laver dans la salle de bains, lave-vaisselle dans la cuisine, wifi gratuit + ultra climatiseur (must dans un Ă©tĂ© qui aprtmts plupart ne disposent pas dans BP). Ameublement moderne, tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran LCD. L'appartement donne sur la cour, donc il est extrĂȘmement calme. Vous aurez beaucoup de lumiĂšres que l'appartement dispose Ă©galement des puits de lumiĂšre. L'appartement est situĂ© au coeur de Budapest, dans le quartier central sur une rue trĂšs calme, mais vous ĂȘtes Ă  1 minute de l'action Budapest a Ă  offrir.

Il est Ă  seulement 1 minute de la cĂ©lĂšbre Opera House, et la rue Andrassy. Toutes les attractions touristiques sont accessibles Ă  pied (Grande Synagoge, Basilique, Maison des Terreurs, plusieurs musĂ©es, ChĂąteau). Il est Ă©galement trĂšs proche des boutiques, des magasins, des lieux de fĂȘte - bars, pubs en ruine. Il ya un supermarchĂ© au coin de notre rue. Bus, mĂ©tro, tramways, tram sont tous Ă  1 minute Ă  pied. Restaurants, bars sont Ă  seulement 2 minutes Ă  pied. Des milliers de choses Ă  faire, des restaurants, entourĂ©s de boutiques haut de gamme, la vie culturelle, et la riche histoire, des mesures Ă  tous les thĂ©Ăątres, et la vie nocturne. SituĂ© dans un quartier trĂšs sĂ»r.
Bon pour les couples et pour ceux qui veulent rester dans 2 chambres séparées, mais nous pouvons accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes.

L'appartement est situé au centre et est trÚs proche de toutes les attractions de Budapest a à offrir. Plusieurs musées, restaurants, bars sont à distance de marche. Supermarchés, centres commerciaux (Western City Centre) par la station de train sont bien situés. Margit Island est à 3 stations par le tramway. Sur l'ßle, vous trouverez de grandes piscines communales, et d'autres installations sportives. Pour les enfants zoo, parcs d'attractions, cirque sont tous idéalement situé.

Si vous ĂȘtes intĂ©ressĂ© par le riche passĂ© historique de Budapest, vous pouvez visiter les musĂ©es, le chĂąteau et le Parlement. Appartement trÚs sympa au dernier étage d'un immeuble calme avec vue sur cour, au coeur du vieux Budapest, à proximité immédiate des commerces (restaurants, supérettes, magasins divers), du métro et cinq minutes à pied du tramway.

Nous sommes restĂ©s 9 jours dans l'appartement Ă  4. L'appartement est trĂšs bien placĂ©, Ă  2 min de l'opĂ©ra (et de la station de mĂ©tro) et Ă  10 min Ă  pied de la place de "Deak Ferenc Ter" gros noeud de correspondance. La rue et l'immeuble sont trĂšs calme et l'appartement donne dans la cour intĂ©rieur donc aucun bruit de la ville. De plus trĂšs bon accueil de timĂ©a qui nous a rservĂ© les taxi pour l’aĂ©roport et nous a donnĂ© plein de bons renseignements. A recommander sans hĂ©sitations !!! Le seul tout petit dĂ©faut de l'appartement puisqu'il faut bien en trouver un, est la table pour manger qui est un peu petite. Allez-y les yeux fermĂ©s.

Booked this apartment for my boyfriend’s birthday and it didn’t disappoint! Apartment was clean and spacious with enough storage for our needs. This apartment is on the top floor with 91 steps to get to it so not for anyone with mobility issues but was fine for us! Only downside for us was the bottom of the shower curtain was grubby and slightly mouldy apart from that everything was to our needs! Thankyou Timea! :)

Great Place to Get Around City

This location was great as it was very short walk to subway station. It is close to the bar district and easy to get in and out of. Only downside is you have to use the single key to leave and enter, so if you have a two or three person group, you must leave and come back at the same time. Not really an issue for the owner, just a general observation. Overall, was a great place to stay for a few nights in Budapest.

Great Apartment in Budapest

We stayed in this apartment during our vacation to Budapest and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious with two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to enjoy coffee each morning. The location was perfect. We were very close to the Metro, the main train station and the bus stops. There was a great variety of shops and restaurants within close proximity to the apt. There was also a great bakery and market within walking distance. We were on the top floor of the apartment building which means we had to walk up the stairs but it gave us a good workout. Even though we were two blocks away from the main street, it was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to family and friends.

Nos alojamos tres noches en el apartamento y lo encontramos acogedor, limpio y disponĂ­a de muchos utensilios de cocina. Only two bath towels in the entire apartment (no face. hand or kitchen towels). The bath mat didn't seem clean. If you have a rental car, this is NOT the place to stay. Also, this is a fourth story walkup.

Great location

Cute apartment and clean. Quiet neighborhood and building. This is great feature as the main streets can get very busy and noisy at night. Just a few suggestions. Would be nice to have a full length mirror, some bathroom hooks and instruction on how to work the tv. Shower is a bit leaky but nothing too troublesome. This is a very simple comfortable flat with small bedrooms, AC and great kitchen and washing machine (didn’t use it). It is a 3 floor walk up and has a nice terrace. Owner and/or manager was very responsive and met us on time. I would recommend.

If location is what you are seeking, this is the place. It is near many restaurants. There is a grocery store at the end of the street. 10 minutes and you are at the Budapest eye. You are also right down the street from Andrassy ut.

Great to place to stay in the center of Budapest!

Very much liked staying at this property. Great location...we came to Budapest for a family wedding and the location was close by to all the places we needed to be including St. Stephen's Basilica, Budapest Sky, Prestige Hotel, Andrassi Ave and the Opera House. Found good walking areas, places to eat and a park for our 9 year old twins girls to play steps away from the property. The property itself was fine for our needs. Our girls had fun counting the number of steps up to the apartment...remember to turn on the staircase lights in the evening. Timea, the property manager, was especially helpful in responding quickly to all of our questions and arranged for transportation to and from the Budapest airport...with a very early departure from the property when we were leaving Hungary. Zsaslo met us at the property and could not have been more helpful!

Great Location and Great Customer Service!

Apartment is located within a 3 minute walk from the Budapest Opera House, a short walk to Saint Stephen's Bascillica and even within walking distance to several thermal baths, Margaret Island and Buda Castle District. The apartment has two bedrooms, air conditioning, high ceilings and sky lights all making it feel spacious, bright and comfortable. The building is well secured and the steps to the four floor were not a problem as others had indicated. One great recommendation from the owner was to store our luggage across the street at Lion's Locker prior to check-in. They have great Budapest breakfast and can even order taxi to airport. Only problem we encountered was that apartment was not ready upon arrival at check-in time. However, Timea (owner), even from distance, was able to rectify the situation to have cleaners come and towels delivered. We would definitely consider returning to this spacious apartment on our next visit to Budapest!

Perfect location but apartment not on high standard

Very good location close to Opera Metro station and tram lines. Cafés, bars, restaurants and a small supermarket in close walking distance. Apartment is fully equipped but not on high/western standard. Pictures look better than the real feeling is. We stayed with 4 people but the second "bed" was a sleeping couch. People with walking difficulties might have difficulties as you have to climb many stairs to get to the third floor. Our contact person was very friendly, replied quickly and provided many helpful recommendations in advance to the arrival. All in all a recommendation for people who like to go out a lot and mostly use the apartment to stay at night.

Lage/Ausstattung/Sauberkeit

Perfekte Lage mitten in der Stadt, dennoch sehr sehr ruhig, da zu einem abgeschlossenen Innenhof in einem ruhigen Wohnhaus gelegen. An die Sicherungsmechanismen der Wohnung muss man sich gewöhnen. Es hat gewisse Ähnlichkeit mit "Fort Knox" ;-) Wohnung gut ausgestattet, gemĂŒtlich, hell und gerĂ€umig. Alles da, was man brauchte. Die verfĂŒgbaren HandtĂŒcher waren vergilbt mit Stockflecken - hier empfiehlt es sich, eigene mitzubringen. Wir haben sie gewaschen, dank Waschmaschine. Die Sauberkeit generell ließ etwas zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig, war aber noch innerhalb unserer persönlichen Toleranz. Lage am Rande des jĂŒdischen Viertels optimal. Wir haben alles zu Fuss gemacht. Wer diese Wohnung mietet, muss sich an das Treppensteigen gewöhnen.

Great Location, Spacious Accommodations

The most perfect way to experience Budapest!

I recommend this wonderful apartment to anyone visiting Budapest for the first time. You couldn’t ask for a better location, so close to everything you would want to see in 4 days. The apartment itself is so perfect and fully equipped as if it were a home away from home. Supermarket nearby, loads of restaurants, bars, shops etc. Coming back here is the best way to end a full (exhausting) day of sightseeing. The owners were fantastic and even organised for us to be picked up from the airport at nearly midnight!! It’s clearly stated in the overview that the apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator, but even the steps are not daunting...and it’s a great way to keep fit! Loved every moment of being in Budapest but this lovely apartment was like the icing on the Dobos torte!!

Location, location, location!

This was a great experience. The location is perfect! It's so close to all transit and within walking distance to almost all tourist places we wanted to see like the synagogue, parliament, chain bridge, churches, palaces, and many other historical places. The food in the area is amazing and we tried something different every night. We honestly couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is in a very safe area of town. The owner, Timea, kept in contact with me via text to make sure we got to the location ok and had what we needed. She gave us advice on what bus to take from the airport. We only bought a bus pass and that was enough. There was no need for a subway pass since we walked almost everywhere. The apartment was very spacious and I've already told my friend about it that will be visiting Budapest. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessities even a washer. I liked the fact that Timea owns her place and it's not owned by a corporation. I would stay at Timea's place again and would recommend it to anyone.

The property was in an excellent location in Budapest. Couple of things to be aware of: it is on the fourth floor of winding stairs, so be aware what you pack you have to carry up those stairs. There is a key you have to pick up so if you make a check in time, keep it, as the key opens the door and gives you access to the key code downstairs. There is a washer, but no dryer which is fine, but plan your clothes accordingly as open air drying time is longer. There is an excellent shop called the lions locker across the alley that you can store luggage if you arrive early or leave after check in time. They also have great breakfast and the owner has a great sense of fun. The apartment is excellent and the owner is very easy to work with - very helpful.

Fantastic and cozy place

The property was pretty close to several restaurants and attractions. Everything was easily accessible by public transportation. The place had all the amenities needed and we had a great time there! The only downside is the 4 flights of stairs that you would have to take to get up there. Would stay in this location again
