Beautiful farmhouse, former mill located in the countryside of Val d'Ambra, between the Chianti and Arezzo. The restoration has respected every architectural detail, as well as the use of traditional materials, wood, terracotta and stone. Around, a beautiful garden and a large swimming pool surrounded by sunflower fields.

Independent villa 10+2 sleeps.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and a large dining area with outputs directly onto the garden. The kitchen is well equipped. Upstairs are five double bedrooms (two of which can accommodate an extra bed) each with a private bathroom with shower or bathtub. The large bathroom has a jacuzzi tub.

Heated swimming pool with hydromassage (7x17 m - depth 1.40 m), fenced 1-hectare park, parking, dryer, mosquito nets, safe, hi-fi, washing machine, bicycles, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, VCR , dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, games for children, wi-fi internet connection inside and outside, free gps device, pets allowed. Under the pool there is an outbuilding with a large barbecue, wood-burning oven, large sink, gas cooker with electric oven, dining room, bathroom and room with sauna and shower. The temperature inside the house is regulated by a software management that always guarantees a pleasant climatic situation. The heating system is underfloor.

Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly), a pizza party.
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption (Euro 12,00 per day)
Pool Heating: euro 400,00 per week
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 1,000.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damage incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week.
Baby cot € 30.00 per week.
Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
