The Space:
Welcome to Out of the Woods! Everything in this apartment was designed with the luxury traveler in mind and was professionally furnished in 2023 by HOLT. The apartment can host up to 6 guests comfortably with 2 queen-sized mattresses, and a super comfy sofa that converts easily into a queen-sized bed. Air conditioning and heating in every room, as well as countless entertainment options with our Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, plus a fully stocked kitchen ready to use. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.

The Living Room includes:
• Oversized sofa that easily converts to a comfortable queen sized bed
• Flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, HBO & high-speed WiFi internet access
• Dining area to enjoy a family meal
• Multiple balconies to enjoy the view

The Kitchen includes:
• A modern kitchen fully-stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Fridge, microwave, range & oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more

The Bedrooms include:
• Glorious Queen sized beds from a luxury 25cm bio-rhythmic memory foam mattress brand, perfect for all sleepers
• The master bedroom features an ensuite full bathroom
• The second bedroom has access to its own balcony
• Both bedrooms have new smart TVs with loaded streaming apps
• Custom designed beds, cabinets, dressers and more for storage
• Desk space perfect for getting work done or putting makeup on for a night out
• Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided!

The Bathrooms include:
• Modern shower heads with great pressure and water temperature, for an all-encompassing clean
• One full bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom. The second full bathroom is accessible by living room
• Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered
• Very comfortable toilets!

Everything else:
• Custom keycodes for keyless entry for each guest, including 24/7 check-in
• Washer, iron, ironing board and drying rack
• Professional cleaning service before every stay
• Elevator building

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is located in Piata Romana, one of the nicest areas in the center of Bucharest. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic feel make of this unit one of the best spots in the city. Easy walking access to taxis and trams, and shared bikes and mopeds.

Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. You are just a short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.

Interaction with Guests:
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee.
