Welcome to Risco 305, a bright and contemporary apartment located in the lively center of Bucerías. This thoughtfully designed unit offers two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom. The living area includes two sofabeds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements — perfect for family, couples or friends traveling together.
This is a “lockoff” style unit, offering extra flexibility and privacy. The apartment has two kitchens—a main kitchen and an additional kitchenette—making meal prep or morning coffee easy for everyone. You’ll find a washer/dryer for convenience during longer stays, plus high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected. A standout feature is the private outdoor tub on the balcony with a peek of the ocean—an ideal spot to unwind after a day in the sun.

Just half a block from the beach and the main plaza, this walkable area offers a laid-back vibe with all the essentials nearby—including a convenience store (Oxxo) right next door. Day trips to Sayulita, Punta Mita, or Puerto Vallarta are easy and scenic.

Getting Around:
With such a central location, you can easily explore Bucerías on foot. For trips further afield, taxis, buses, and rideshare services like Uber are readily available. The airport is a 30-minute drive, downtown Puerto Vallarta is 35 minutes away, and Sayulita is around 40 minutes. While no private parking is included, street parking is typically available nearby.
