Notre escapade en famille est propre, bien entretenue et offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan, 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain, WiFi et un intérieur confortable avec une vue sur la terrasse de la piscine et l'océan Pacifique. Votre famille adorera jouer dans la piscine à débordement, l'accÚs direct à la plage et le centre de remise en forme sur place. Moins de 5 minutes à pied de nombreux restaurants, bars.

Notre gestionnaire immobilier anglophone vous accueillera à l'aéroport et accompagnera votre groupe au condo pour l'orientation et l'enregistrement.

Désolé, il est absolument interdit de fumer ou d'animaux de compagnie! Un service de femme de chambre est inclus une fois par semaine, un nettoyage supplémentaire est disponible moyennant un petit supplément.

Bucerias est Ă  seulement 20 minutes au nord de l'aĂ©roport (Gustavo DĂ­as Ordaz) et de Puerto Vallarta. NichĂ© vers la rive nord de la baie de Banderas (BahĂ­a de Banderas). Autrefois considĂ©rĂ© comme un village de pĂȘcheurs, il est devenu une maison et un lieu de vacances prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© pour beaucoup de gens qui aiment le cĂŽtĂ© calme et paisible de la vie.

Il est connu pour son rythme plus lent mais dispose également de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour s'évader, se rafraßchir ou simplement profiter de la culture locale. Les 5 kilomÚtres de plages de sable fin de Bucerias, ses rues pavées et son charme réconfortant vous donnent l'impression d'une époque plus simple.

Million Dollar View and On The Beach!

Upon opening the front door of the condo you are greeted with a millon dollar view of the beach and the Bay. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Beach access is just a few steps away or lounge on the patio or deck of the infinity pool overlooking the beach and mountains in the distance. Martin and his team are very-well organized and provide all the details to fully immerse yourself in the luxury, spacious, beach condo lifestyle. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of bustling downtown bucerias, which is nice because it's much quieter in the evenings as you fall asleep to the sound of waves hitting the beach. All the beds are very comfortable, which can be an issue when renting condos. RB

Perfect in every way.

The process could not have been any easier. Martin was very prompt to reply to any booking questions that we had. We changed a few dates and he was very accommodating. Cosme met us at the airport and helped us shop for our essentials. The property is exactly as shown in the photos. We have been to many rental properties around the world and honestly this was the most equipment condo. We didn’t have to worry about purchasing all the little things that you use once and leave behind. The pantry and fridge had everything you could want. We replaced what we used and treated the property with respect. The security is awesome, and the pool was such a highlight of the trip. We will certainly be back and highly rate this stay as one of our fav’s.

Sweet slice of Paradise!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Playa Seis in this condo! From the moment we set foot on the property, we fell in love. The ocean view is beyond spectacular with floor to ceiling sliding windows the full width of the dining/living/kitchen area. It's truly breathtaking! The condo is very spacious with large bedrooms and had more than enough space for our family of five (twin 16-year-old girls. 13 year-old boy). You also get a full ocean view and patio doors to the huge balcony from the master. The unit is fully updated throughout and has a modern kitchen (also with a view) equipped with everything we needed. Plus there were spices and other cooking essentials that were an unexpected bonus. Martin was so accommodating and the pickup at the airport by Cosme made our transition to Bucerias seamless. The onsite property managers were also helpful in calling taxis or if we had questions. We used the pool area a lot and loved that it was such a comfortable temperature with both lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade. It was incredible to be able to see my kids on the beach while in the infinity edge pool. The beach area is lovely, especially if you like long walks on the beach. Just keep an eye out for washed up.puffer fish and their prickly spines! My kids took advantage of the waves and boogie boarded almost every day - their favorite part. There's also a small section roped off on the beach with two palapas right in front of Playa Seis which was nice. The unit had beach chairs we used as well. The other thing we loved was the location. It's perfect for walking to restaurants, cafes, the Bucerias market and wandering around exploring. We felt perfectly safe day or night. Hands down this was one of the nicest VRBOs we've ever stayed at... and we've stayed in several in various places. Can't say enough good things. Five stars PLUS! We made some amazing memories and can't wait to come back!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in the condo very much. Cosmes picked us up when we landed, no need to fret over finding a cab. Location was great, right on the beach and close to the great restaurants in town. The pool, pool loungers, and palapas on the beach were always empty - no chair games here! We love Bucerias and will be back!

Great condo!

We are a family of 6 that stayed in this condo. It has a beautiful layout and everything that you could possibly need. The photos represent the condo extremely accurately and we were not disappointed! Cosme, the property manager, was very helpful with our inquiries. The location is great and you are within walking distance of the best restaurants in Bucerias.

Our one week stay here was fantastic! The rooms are spacious, beautiful and offer plenty of space and comfy beds and each feature an on suite bathroom. The pool is so nice with views that can’t be beat. The living room and kitchen are perfect open concept with modern appliances, and all utensils and items you could need with large slider doors that bring the outside in. We felt very safe here and the location was great because it was walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, market and coffee shops and pharmacies. A short cab ride away from the grocery store. We had such a nice relaxing vacation and would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful property and experience

We stayed at Martin’ s beautiful condo at the end of April 2019. This is a very nice property with beautiful view of infinity pool and beach/ocean. The property is very clean, comfortable and updated. We were within easy walking distance to town where restaurants and bars are located. The property is secure with local guard and attentive maintenance person. The property is located in a nice area and we felt safe and secure. The owner was very easy to deal with and responsive to query’s and provided us with his driver to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. We hope to book this property in the future.

If you want a gorgeous condo and quiet vacation...this is it!

When you walk through the doors you see floor to ceiling windows looking over the ocean and pool area. It is definitely a "take a deep breath" moment! Each room has it's own bathroom, which gives everyone privacy. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and furnished comfortably. There are air conditioners in each room. But the glass sliders open all the way up, so all you need to do is let the breeze come through! We only used the air in the bedrooms at night for sleeping. One thing I wish I knew is that there are toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sun screen...YOU NAME IT! It's all there. Probably from the guests that just leave it behind (like we did). Also, a pantry full of water, beer, snacks, good liquor, and more (again, left overs from guests like ourselves). They just ask that you replace what you use. We went to the MEGA grocery store. It has everything (think walmart. we actually went to the Walmart and it is dirty and yuk). The property manager Cosme picked us up from the airport and arranged for a van to take us back at the end of the trip (cost about 700 pesos or so). There is also a caretaker on site 24 hours. The day fellow can help you with anything!!! We found out, if you need water, just ask him. Instead of lugging the 6L bottles from the MEGA. I guess there's a truck that comes buy and he will get and set at your door (just give him a few extra pesos for his service). The small town is about 3-4 blocks walk. Friendly people! If you speak a bit of Spanish, they seem to appreciate that. But I noticed some do like to make it known they know English as well. We ate at restaurants in town and the small, local street vendors. Everything delicious and we never became ill. There is an ATM in town that I used with no trouble, with $5 fee. The pool is so clean (no chlorine odor) and about 80 degrees. We swam daily. We met the other owners of the condos. As I understand, this is the only one that is rented out. This is definitely a quiet and serene place. No place for parties and loudness. We just fell in love with this place, with this area and the people!

Amazing Condo, Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The condo is absolutely perfect in terms of layout, space, furniture, style, and cleanliness! The location is perfect- a short walk to restaurants on and off the beach, while also sitting on a quieter area of the beach. The pool deck and pool area were very nice and comfortable for enjoying the view and suntanning. A few things to note: we arrived in the evening and there was no bottled water in the condo (so make sure you bring some with you), we were also low on toilet paper, and the air conditioning units require some skill (and the one in the twin bedroom is quite finicky). Cosme was waiting for us at the airport for pick up which was fantastic, but make sure you make your own arrangements for returning to the airport at the end of your stay as this is not included. Overall a fantastic trip and wonderful condo, thank you for the amazing vacation!

Awesome place

We had an amazing time at Playa Seis.The apartment is very spacious, stylish and very comfortable and great views. It was stocked with everything you may need and more. Martin, the owner, was very responsive and always available to answer our questions. So was Cosme, the manager, that immediately solved some minor issues. The location is great in a quite stretch of beach. A short walk North there are fisherman selling delicious mariscos and fish. We felt very safe walking at night to other parts of town. We highly recommend a stay at this place and are certain you will enjoy it as much as we did.

Martin Everything was wonderful,Cosme was waiting at airport to pick us up in a very nice SUV,took us to the condo gave us our quick orientation gave us time to change and then took us to the Mega so we could get groceries and other things we needed,the condo itself was stocked very well with everything needed to enjoy a great holiday. The condo was lovely,well laid out and gave a very relaxed feeling right from the start,close to everything in Bucerias but far enough away that when you returned to the condo it felt like you were far away from it all and had peace and quiet. Felt very safe at all times whether in the condo,on the beautiful deck or at what felt like our own private pool and wonderful beach,beach was great for daily walks and also had some great fishing from shore every morning. Night time security guy was great always there to help with anything from taxis to keeping everything neat and tidy around entrance and front gate,the day time yard and pool attendant kept everything looking great. Time to leave Jesse had checked in with us the day before to arrange our pick up time and was there on time and delivered us to airport. Thanks again Martin for sharing your wonderful Condo with us and we are very much looking forward to our next stay. Regards Tim

Exquisite Condo with Amazing View

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. If we could give you ten stars, we would because it had the most amazing view, beautiful decor, abundant amenities, secure feeling, perfect location for everything you can do in Mexico. We enjoyed having the pool and barbeque available to us right next to the condo - it felt like it was ours since it was on our level. Cosme was so nice and helpful and truly appreciated all his help. The Olivers We absolutely loved our stay and next time will have to stay longer. It was so nice to know that anything we needed was just a walk away. Just a great place, the nicest we have stayed in in our 6 trips here. 1st floor condo, spacious and very well appointed. Feels brand new. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Beautiful Condo Close to Town

This beach front condo is beautiful and only a few minutes walking distance to town. The views are fabulous with easy access to the beach. Cosme, the property manager, is very responsive - We texted him as the A/C unit in one room stopped working and he responded within 30 seconds and discovered it was just a tripped circuit that was easily fixed. He also is very familiar with the area and can provide recommendations for activities or great places to eat! If you choose to cook for yourselves, the appliances are all upgraded and there are plenty pans, dishes etc to make it easy for you. The owner of the condo went out of his way to help us book a hotel room within a few blocks for a friend that wanted to vacation with our group at the last minute. He even called the hotel to assist us with booking and asked Cosme to confirm our hotel reservation to make sure we didn't have issues. There is 24 hour security so you will always feel safe. They truly want you to enjoy your vacation in a wonderful town in a beautiful condo! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!
