Fantastic 3000 sqft penthouse (including decks) 3 bedroom, 4 bath beachfront penthouse with 270 degree views in the best location in all of Bucerias! 2 Oceanfront bedrooms and 2 private hot tubs.

You can walk to anywhere, including dozens of restaurants and bars just blocks away. Choose between the heated salt-water infinity pool or the large, sandy beach each day. The beach is perfect for all as there are small waves to play. Paradise awaits :)

Both the property manager and I are available to help with any issues. The property manager is local and fluent in both English and Spanish and knows the area well as he lives in Bucerias.

Once people discover Bucerias with its warm water and wide, sandy beaches they usually keep coming back. It is safe with friendly people. It has a small-town feel but all the variety of an international city with varied cuisine like street tacos, fresh seafood, multiple Italian restaurants, Asian and even burger joints. You won't get bored, but you may put on a few pounds :)

The small complex is totally secure with a guard and electronic gates for access. My place has everything you need to be comfortable. All cooking appliances and utensils are there. There are items for the beach including chairs, towels, umbrella and other toys for the beach. I can also make available two paddleboards.

There are two oceanfront master bedrooms with on suites. The 3rd berdoom has a total of 5 beds which is ideal for families with kids.

The complex also has a high-end water filtration system including carbon, sand and UV which is tested regularly. There are also full water filtration and softening systems in the unit with UV as well. You won't find better water in PV.

Amazing cross-breeze in this unit from the bay to the mountains combined with the elevation of the unit (6th and 7th floor) effectively neutralizes the mosquitos which are a problem in every other place we have stayed.

You can stay here without a car as there are many, many places just a few blocks away. If you do want to adventure you can take uber, cabs, or busses up to La Cruz , Punta de Mita, Litibu, or Sayulita, or you can head south to downtown Puerto Vallarta. Everything is within a 30 min drive. There is one secure underground parking space in the building if you decide to get a car.

Only 8 guests are allowed at the pool or common area from the unit at any one time so as to share with all of the neighbors. Other units are only allowed 4 people. Renters are not able to bring guests to the common area.

Location was excellent, Just a short walk to the town center.Three large bedrooms and very comfortable beds.The one bedroom is more suited to kids with the small beds. Everything worked well in the condo and nice views of the bay.

Host was very communicative, with updates and excellent instructions for arrival. The views are amazing, with unobstructed sunrises and sunsets. The bedrooms are on the first floor and the top floor is very open with a great cross breeze. The beds are quite comfortable with separate cooling controls for each bedroom. The 2 rooms with king beds have access to the balcony.A couple of things to be aware of. The building has a total of 18 units and I believe that this is the only one that is rented. The rest are owned, so it is important to respect the pool and other facilities. The residents are quite friendly, but this is their home and they want to keep it nice. Overall, very nice place close to downtown Bucerias.

Not perfect but I would stay there again

Most important part of the review is that I would stay there again despite the rest of my review.Cons:- Infrastructure in Mexico is poor (road in/out is really bad)- Water pressure in/out at times- Water may be filtered but is pretty saline (we just bought water anyway)- Building is showing age and wear like any beach front property would (Salt air is hard on stuff - some flaky paint, little rust spots, etc.)- Deadbolt wouldn't lock without a key (Building is secure and owner indicated it would be addressed in the future, but not addressed during our stay)- Lighting is weird. It's like it's 100% mood lighting so don't expect to see much in the bathroom mirrorPros:- True to the photos for the stuff you really want- Location and view are amazing- Pool and beach access are amazing- Balcony experience is amazing- WiFi is good- Garage parking for 1 car is great

Beautiful stay

Property was very clean. Needed a couple things from the owner and he was very quick to respond. Hot tub was more like a kinda warm tub but that’s the only thing that wasn’t perfect. Otherwise my whole family loved it. The city views at night are spectacular.

Great location and beach area

This unit looks exactly like it looks online. It is bright, spacious, and in a great location, close to many restaurants. The section of the beach is nice and quiet but walkable to beach bars and restaurants if you want. The pool area is amazing and the residents of the building are friendly and welcoming. There are beach umbrellas and 2 SUP provided. One suggestion would be to upgrade to good beach chairs; there were 2, but not the nice, comfortable ones that most other places we've rented have (Tommy Bahama). I gave the communication a 4 because sometimes it took a while for a response. We loved the stay; it was one of the nicest places we'd rented.

Beautiful property.

This is a beautiful condo in an excellent location in Bucerias. It has tremendous views and it is in a very friendly building. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Mexico.

Couldn't be better

Best place we've ever rented. Looks so much better in person than the pictures. My wife and I came here to work virtually for her birthday week. Wifi is strong, location is incredible, and Bucerias is such a friendly and non-touristy town. Try speaking spanish as much as you can and they'll bring you in with a friendly hug!

Loved our stay

The condo has been recently remodeled and it’s beautiful and very comfortable. Having been to Bucerias before, we knew it was in an ideal location

.no more than 5 minutes to great restaurants. The view couldn’t be better. We had a few issues with the larger spa but David, the owner, immediately worked at getting it remedied. It’s obvious that he wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Our 2 weeks wasn’t long enough!!
