Guest has access to the entire indoor and outdoor space. We ask that guests do not venture into the woods around the house as there are some areas of steep grade and may be perilous. For hiking trails, the Fontana Lake Estates community has ample hiking trails and a community marina and pavilion with grilling area and horseshoes.

For those seeking adventure, Bryson City offers a plethora of outdoor activities. Note: Fontana Lake Estates does not provide boat rentals, but you can rent a boat at the nearby Alarka marina. if you have a boat, you are able to store it and launch it from the Marina which is a short 10-minute drive from the home within Fontana Lake Estates!

Water Heater Notice
Please note that the cabin is equipped with an on-demand water heater. While it provides continuous hot water for regular use, filling the soaking tub may temporarily reduce the supply. The system will quickly recover, but we kindly ask for your patience if this occurs.
