Downstairs, another large living expanse with a fireplace opens onto the backyard and out to your private beach and dock area. Don’t worry about the noise. There are four bedrooms and two full baths downstairs to accommodate the party, including a room full of bunkbeds so the youngest can share timeless memories in between giggles.
