Welcome to our splendid 6-bedroom Mansion, adjacent to all European Union Institutions and 15 min away from Grand Place (direct metro). Newly renovated, it blends traditional charm with modern amenities. Its location makes it ideal for professionals or those visiting the city who want luxurious comfort in close range of Grand Place. With ample living spaces, a peaceful garden to socialize, a gym, and a fun kids' room, it's also very family-friendly.



The Space:

On the ground floor, enjoy the living room, dining room, sunroom leading to a beautiful garden, and a kitchen.



The first floor hosts an office, complete with a sofa bed (queen-sized), and a bedroom featuring a queen bed and private bathroom. The second-floor houses two more bedrooms with queen beds with a shared bathroom; one provides access to a delightful outdoor patio.



The third floor reveals a bathroom, a gym with a queen sofa bed, and a kids' room boasting a bunk bed, sleeping two.



The house comfortably accommodates ten guests (2 of them being children), with its versatile sleeping arrangements: three queen beds, two sofa beds, and a bunk bed.



The house also has a small laundry room with a Washer/Dryer

At Nested, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we’re happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance!

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date.

If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics.



Towels:



● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.

● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.

● For stays longer than 7 days:



The first additional towel request is free of charge.

The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.



Cleaning Request:



● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.

● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.

● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.

● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire property throughout your stay. This means all areas of the house, including the outdoor spaces, are entirely private and for your use only. Please rest assured, none of these spaces are shared - the house is all yours to enjoy and feel at home in. We want your stay to be as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Enjoy your time in this beautiful city!



Check-in is available from 4 PM to 11:30 PM. Please let us know your expected arrival time so we can assist you with access to the main door during check-in.

This neighborhood is a charming mix of old and new. Expect to see diplomats and professionals sharing the streets with locals, set against the backdrop of elegant 19th-century buildings alongside modern architecture. Getting Around:

The EU District boasts an excellent transportation network, making it exceptionally convenient to navigate both the city and beyond. Multiple public transport options are readily accessible, including Metro stations Schuman and Maelbeek, merely a short walk away. These provide fast and easy access to Brussels' key attractions and other districts. Several bus and tram lines also serve the area, ensuring efficient connections across the city. For those wishing to explore further afield, the Brussels-Schuman train station offers regular services to other Belgian cities and European destinations. Plus, Brussels Airport is just a quick train or taxi ride away.



By Car - There is paid street parking (free on weekends) as well as a Paid (Inter-Parking) Public Garage 4min walk from he apartment.



Other Things to Note:

This property is offered under a minimum 91-day occupancy agreement. The 7-night setting reflects Airbnb search parameters only.



A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.



As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee of 500EUR to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions.



This is just a precautionary measure to ensure that you have sufficient funds in case of any unforeseen damages during your stay. Please don't worry, as this won't be an actual charge on your card but rather a pre-authorization. We'll send you a payment link with all the necessary information to make the deposit 2 days prior to your stay. If your stay is less than 2 days away, we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!



We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
