Ideal apartment for travelers and families in the heart of Brusimpiano, with access through a courtyard furnished with vintage items. The nearby shores of Lake Lugano make your stay enchanting. Located in a strategic position, it offers peace and quiet just steps from the lake while remaining well connected to Lugano and Varese (both about 30 minutes by car). It is the perfect location for enjoying nature or exploring interesting places in the nearby Ticino region. Excellent opportunities for lake and mountain excursions.



Arrival and Check in Check in is conducted in person. Upon arrival, you will be given the keys and shown the apartment. A valid ID is required for guest registration. Access to the Property After unloading your luggage at the main entrance, cars can be parked in free public parking areas about 2 minutes from the residence. Please be careful on the narrow streets of the historic center when accessing the property.

At our apartment, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and a welcome kit available free of charge. In addition to toilet paper, linens, towels, and bed sheets, the kitchen is stocked with dish soap, a new sponge, towels, all necessary cleaning products (if needed), and containers for sorting waste for recycling. A baby cot is available upon request for an additional charge, including bed linen and a duvet. The extra cost is 50 CHF per stay.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure as a sign of cooperation. Before check out, please also sort and dispose of your waste according to the instructions provided in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment and make sure to lock all doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted in outdoor areas.

Milan: approximately 1 hour by car. Free public parking is available about 2 minutes from the property. Practical Tips The streets in the historic center are narrow; drive carefully. The main entrance allows for convenient luggage unloading. For day trips, a car is the most convenient way to explore the area and surroundings.

Upstairs, the main bedroom includes a double bed, a crib, and a loft with two single beds, all provided with linens, blankets, and pillows. This room also has access to an outdoor balcony furnished with a table and chairs, and features wardrobes and furniture for storing clothes and luggage. A second bedroom contains two single beds, also provided with linens, blankets, and pillows. The bathroom is complete with towels and essential amenities for your stay. The apartment offers all necessary comforts to ensure an unforgettable stay. The apartment entrance opens onto a beautiful courtyard featuring a large table and original decorations. The courtyard also provides access to three other apartments; if other guests are present, you may see them coming and going or share the table, but inside your apartment, you will have full privacy and all necessary amenities, including a private kitchen and bathroom. The presence of the owners in another apartment within the building ensures immediate assistance during check in and for any needs during your stay.
