Villa Gloria Vita is located in the small village of Nova Vas, near Novigrad. A stay in this villa will provide you with the vacation you've been dreaming of for a long time, as well as a real wellness experience. In the courtyard of the villa you will find a swimming pool, while in the villa you will find a hydromassage tub, so you can relax regardless of the weather. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it is intended for 9 guests and will gladly welcome pets.



The interior of the villa is 180 m² and consists of 3 floors - lower ground floor, ground floor and 1st floor. On the ground floor there is an open plan area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. In the kitchen you will find all the appliances you need to prepare a meal that you can enjoy at the indoor or outdoor dining table. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, a TV and a fireplace that adds a touch of warmth to the room. There is also a illuminated wine fridge that will surely delight lovers of fine wines. The space is dominated by light wood beams that provide an ideal contrast to the modern furniture.



Of the 4 bedrooms in the villa, 2 are on the ground floor, 1 in the lower ground floor and 1 on the 1st floor. All rooms are equipped with double beds, wardrobes, desks and TV, and some have their own bathroom. The room on the 1st floor has access to a balcony with a lounge area offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Most of the bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, while 1 has a hydromassage bathtub. Towels and toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.



The villa is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden of 600 m². The garden has something for everyone. A swimming pool for swimmers, sun loungers for sun lovers, a covered summer kitchen with barbecue for grill masters, a trampoline for children and a large grass area for dogs. From every corner of the garden there are wonderful views of the surrounding greenery, and we believe you will appreciate the fact that there are not many other houses in the area.
