Cozy Cottage sleeps 8 People, but can accommodate 10 with an extra charge 25 per night per extra guest. Pet friendly 50 dollar pet fee up two pets! 1 King Suite with bathroom, 1 Queen, 2 twins, 2 full beds. 2 bathrooms, master has shower and spare bathroom has a tub and shower. Peaceful and 2 miles from the lake. Pool Table and beautiful views from the back porch!

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! Friends and family both had fun playing pool and other games, doggies were happy and plenty of room for all! Location was close enough to a marina where I kept our boat, fishing Big Sam is always awesome! If I was going to make any suggestions it would be to replace the gas grill. I was able to use it but it’s getting a little wore out.

Quaint Home Near the Lake

We stayed in the area for a HS fishing tournament. The house is located in Rayburn Resort and is a short drive to Umprhey Pavillion. The house sits back in a nice quiet spot. There was plenty of room for our family and our dogs. We also had plenty of room to walk our dogs around outside. The check-in process was simple, and the host communicated regularly. We will stay here again in the future for tournaments and vacations.

Probably the most accommodating VRBO I've ever visited, had all the essentials and we didn't even have to go for coffee. Very clean, very comfortable, LOVED the back porch!

Good spot for bass boats

Plenty of room for boats and trucks. No need to unhook. Seemed to be a very safe neighborhood, left the boats out front and unlocked without any worries!

Loved the Cozy Cottage

Had such a great visit with family and really enjoyed my stay at the Cozy Cottage. The area in the woods is beautiful and quiet. The spacious back deck was the perfect spot for chatting and relaxing.

Cozy and just right for a summer getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed this stay. The view from the back deck was just right, and the pictures didn’t lie! Amenities were more than adequate including thoughtful little things that many places don’t have, but make vacationing easier and more enjoyable. Master bed was comfortable and climate control worked well, though it did have to run quite a bit to keep us around 71 with the summer heat (average of 100 outside). Wouldn’t recommend drinking the tap water. Overall the place was really enjoyable and close to the spots we wanted to visit. Will recommend and hopefully come back with the kiddos next time.

Cozy, clean and relaxing!

This was the perfect property for a family lake weekend. The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time on the gated porch, and the downstairs pool table was a huge hit with the family. All the beds were so comfy
perfect to crawl into after a day at the lake. A huge bonus that our pup got to join in on the family fun. Carli was very friendly, quick to respond to questions, and clearly provided all information we needed for check-in and check-out. She made both processes smooth and easy. We are so thankful for the time we spent there, and hope to be back in the future.

Red door cottage

The cottage is a awesome place. The cottage is extra Cozy. My husband taught me how to play a game of pool. Comfortable beds and comfortable sitting. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The porch off the master bedroom is great. The location was perfect for us. Several boat launches near by. All in all this is a very nice place. We are impressed and will be back. Thanks for sharing your cottage with us. We absolutely loved it. By the way no problem with having a boat.
