Completed in December 2023, the 200' bridge takes you away to this one-of-a-kind luxury cabin, in the new gated master planned Broken Bow Retreat community. With a double master suite & 6 person bunk room, this amazing cabin will sleep 10.

This cabin boasts over 2200 square feet of modern amenities and contemporary decor, right ON the Mountain Fork River in Broken Bow Oklahoma, just southeast of Broken Bow, so you're off the beaten path and traffic chaos of Hochatown!

Several times a year, the river rises to the point where this entire cabin will be over the river, making it seem like you're in the fantasy-like destination of a treehouse over the waters of the Mountain Fork River! Think of the pictures!

Wake up to the sun rising through your window and the breathtaking views of the river! The upscale kitchen has everything you'd need for you and your guests, and the master bathrooms sport a rainfall-waterfall body shower for a personal spa experience.

Sliding glass doors lead to back deck where you can enjoy the river, gas fireplace, or relax in the hot tub OR Infrared Sauna, made by Sunlighten!

From fishing to kayaking, from hiking to exploring, from the infrared sauna to the hot tub, from star gazing to spa like bathrooms, from campfires to the memories that will be made... you might find yourself getting a little lost... but this truly unique cabin reveals where All is Found!

PETS:
We are dog friendly, but require a $50 per pet fee - limit 2 and dogs, must be under 75 pounds. Contact us about bigger dogs. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS.

**DOGS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN FROM BEING ON BEDDING AND FURNITURE, AND MUST BE CRATED AT ALL TIMES WHEN LEFT ALONE IN THE CABIN.**

We have two crates there, one small and one large, so you'd just need bring your dogs favorite bedding or blanket for the crates.

Any pet damages, mess or clean up resulting from the pet may result in an additional charge or cleaning fee.

We have a two exterior cameras on the property facing the driveway, that allow us to monitor for safety and security, and monitor guests that decide to bring pets without notifying us.

HOT TUB:
1) Hot Tubs are drained and cleaned prior to each arrival and chemicals are added.
2) Chlorine is provided, just add a scoop into the tub and turn on the jets for a couple of minutes to circulate before you get in.
3) Please check the hot tub upon arrival and report any problems you may see.
4) The ONLY buttons you need to push are the Jets and possibly the lights button.
5) If the hot tub gets dirty and we are asked to come and drain and clean the tub, we will charge you $50 each time.
6) DO NOT put any bubbles, oils, etc in the hot tub.

INFRARED SAUNA:
This is a dry heat sauna, with amazing health benefits. Please visit the Sunlighten.com website for more info on this incredible sauna... you'll probably want to buy one for your home after your visit!
