This beautiful luxury cabin, completed in 2020, is packed with amenities and offers the perfect escape from the crowds. Enjoy the game room, soak in the hot tub, relax around the fire pit, or take an exciting ride down the zip line. Nestled among the tall pines of Hochatown, the cabin is in the Timbercreek Trails addition, just minutes from the heart of Beaver's Bend. The Good Stuff has everything you need to create wonderful memories on your next family getaway.

The Good Stuff features two bedrooms with king beds, a bunk room, two and a 1/2 baths and multiple spacious decks to kick back and relax on. The large front porch invites you to sit and relax, while the wrap around back deck with grill, bar, TV, outdoor fireplace and hot tub is the perfect place to spend the evening. From the back deck you can walk down to the fire pit, zipline, and playground. We invite you to watch the sunset from the upstairs deck - the views are amazing.

The kids can enjoy themselves in the upstairs game room featuring tall, vaulted ceilings with a vintage arcade game with 60 different games, an air hockey game and a foosball game. The grown-ups may not be able to resist a game or two either! Also upstairs in the game room is a TV to enjoy the latest sports event or a movie.

The Good Stuff keeps it luxury style with its grand entrance, beautiful staircase and open floor plan that can easily accommodate your family. We want you to soak up the peaceful atmosphere and make many wonderful family memories during your stay.

Rest assured the cabin, and hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each stay.

A starter supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and soap is provided. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, and towels and linens have been provided for your stay.

Beds: two king beds, bunk room for four and two queen pull-out sleeper sofas

The cabin sleeps a max of 8 adults, and a total of 12 guests.

Bedding for the sleeper sofas is in the ottoman bench in the downstairs master bedroom and in the upstairs bathroom closet.

Gas Log Fireplaces with easy turn on inside the cabin and on the back deck. The fireplaces are seasonal.

A propane BBQ Grill is on the back deck. Propane is provided.

Free Wi-Fi and Cable is included with the rental; however, Wi-Fi cannot be guaranteed. Guests are welcome to use their personal streaming services such as Netflix. Guests will need to login on the downstairs living room TV first for it to work properly.

Check-in is at 4 pm; Check Out is at 11 am.

No Pets. Failure to comply with the no pet's policy will result in an additional charge of $200 per rental night and eviction without refund. Service animals MUST be registered PRIOR to arrival with proof of certification.

No Smoking (or vaping) inside the cabin. Failure to comply with the no smoking policy will result in an additional charge of $200 per rental night and eviction without refund.
