Stunning 24 Karat Cabin in Broken Bow - Hochatown!

The stunning 24 Karat cabin is a mid-century modern inspired gem!
This one bedroom cabin boasts over 1200 square feet of modern amenities and contemporary decor, well secluded from main roads and other cabins.

The upscale kitchen has white cabinets and blue glass subway tile back splash. Blue barn-doors open into the bathroom and gorgeous bedroom, with king size pillow top mattress, and 50″ flat screen TV. The attached bathroom sports a 7 ft tile shower with a rainfall-waterfall-body shower for a personal spa experience.

Doors lead to the back deck from the living area as well as the bedroom. Walkout onto the 500 square foot deck where you can enjoy the gas fireplace with easy on/off switch, and the multiple person hot tub. There is a bistro table and gas ceramic top griddle (propane provided) for enjoying a meal outdoors. On the gravel yard there is a circle fire pit for enjoyment of a wood fire while roasting marshmallows or viewing the stars.

A circle driveway allows for easy access for towing boats or other water craft. The family room has a beautiful queen size sofa bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress, so the cabin sleeps 4.

PETS:
We are dog friendly, but require a $50 per pet fee - limit 2 and dogs must be under 75lbs. Contact us about bigger dogs. NO CATS.

Dogs are strictly forbidden from being on bedding and furniture, and must be crated at all times when left alone in the cabin.

There are two crates there in the bedroom closet (one small and one large) so you'd just need bring your dogs favorite bedding or blanket for the crates.

Any pet damages, mess or clean up resulting from the pet may result in an additional charge or cleaning fee.

We have a one camera on the property facing the driveway, that allows us to monitor for safety and security, and it also allows us to monitor for guests that decide to bring pets without notifying us.

HOT TUB:
1) Hot Tubs are drained and cleaned prior to each arrival and chemicals are added.
2) These cups of chlorine are provided for each night of your stay after the first night. Just empty into the tub and turn on the jets for a couple of minutes to circulate before you get in.
3) Please check the hot tub upon arrival and report any problems you may see.
4) The ONLY buttons you need to push are the Jets and possibly the lights button.
5) If the hot tub gets dirty and we are asked to come and drain and clean the tub, we will charge you $50 each time.
6) DO NOT put any bubbles, oils, etc in the hot tub.
