You'll have access to a fully-stocked kitchen, a large dining table and a pool table for the competitors of the group. The outdoor space features a hot tub, fire pit.

Other Things to Note:

The living room offers plenty of seating for the family to gather around and tell stories, watch television, gaze out the windows at wildlife, or relax by the fireplace. The modern kitchen/dining area has a large dining table and bar. Each of the 4 bedrooms has an ensuite bath. The upstairs loft has a sleeper sofa and features a pool table for many hours of "Salty" talk and rivalry! Relax with the whole family at this serene, spacious cabin with a beautiful Oklahoma sunset view! Roast s’mores by the fire pit, cozy up with the family by the fireplace for movies and game time. Let the kids make more memories in the outside playhouse. Gather on the patios and share those lifetime memories or create some of your new favorite family moments!



AMENITIES:

We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!



ENTRY:

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.



FIREPLACE:

The fireplace is temporarily unavailable. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.



IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB



To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.



● We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub. . Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.

● No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.

● Drinking is not allowed near the hot tub.

● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub cover.

● Children must be supervised at all times.

● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub



Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.



Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!





We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities.



* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address



* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.

* Pets must be house-trained and flea-free prior to arrival.



* Pets may not be left unattended in the home unless safely crated.



* Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including outdoor areas.

* Excessive noise, including persistent barking, must be avoided to respect neighbors and quiet hours.



* Any pet-related damages, odors, or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.



* Guests must ensure pets do not disturb wildlife or neighboring properties.
