This beautiful well appointed couples retreat sits adjacent to the pool house and a community pool. Remote Couple Retreat offers a beautiful private king bed that hosts an en-suite bath. Soak in the large tub or take advantage of the one of a kind tile walk through shower. Come for the attractions and outdoor-driven activities and stay for the ambience! Remote Couple Retreat is within easy reach of every area activity and amenity Hochatown and McCurtain County have to offer. At this resort, you can enjoy great fishing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, zip-lining, wine tasting, and many, many more activities. When a more laidback approach is desired, there's always the Choctaw Casino, bird watching, fall leaf viewing, fine dining and the Ouachita National Forest, all within approximately 15 minutes or less of the cabin. AMENITIES:

We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!



Just a quick note: the swimming pool, arcade, and pool table are located in the clubhouse, which is separate from your cabin. Please remember that the clubhouse is shared with guests from three other cabins.



Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!



ENTRY:

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.



Just a quick note: the swimming pool, arcade, and pool table are located in the clubhouse, which is separate from your cabin. Please remember that the clubhouse is shared with guests from four other cabins.



To ensure a smooth arrival, please use Ggle Maps for navigation to our property. Unfortunately, Apple Maps might direct you to a different cabin. By using Google Maps, you’ll arrive at the correct location without any issues.



IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB



To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.



● We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub. . Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.

● No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.

● Drinking is not allowed near the hot tub.

● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub cover.

● Children must be supervised at all times.

● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub



Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.



We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities.



* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address



* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.



* Pet Fee is $100 per pet. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

Pet Rules:



Pets must be house-trained and flea-free prior to arrival.



Pets may not be left unattended in the home unless safely crated.



Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including outdoor areas.



Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless guests bring their own protective covers.



Excessive noise, including persistent barking, must be avoided to respect neighbors and quiet hours.



Any pet-related damages, odors, or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.



Guests must ensure pets do not disturb wildlife or neighboring properties.
