Less than 2 miles from the new Choctaw Landing casino as well as on the lake side of 259 so less traffic. Plus plenty of parking for a boat or ATV

Leave it Behind has plenty of space for the entire crew with 1,744 square feet of inviting living space, the cabin comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families, friends, or couples looking for a little adventure and a lot of relaxation.

1. King Master Suite (Upstairs): Your private retreat comes with its own balcony overlooking the hot tub. While cozy in size, it includes a relaxing Jacuzzi whirlpool tub in the en-suite bathroom for a spa-like experience.

2. Second Bedroom (downstairs): A comfortable king bed ensures a restful night’s sleep.

3. Third Bedroom (downstairs): Features a cozy queen bed.

4. Queen Sleeper Sofa: Located in the living room for flexible sleeping arrangements.

The front porch can be fenced off, making it a safe and secure area for little kids or pets to play without worry. The hot tub gazebo is completely private, featuring a gate and door for added safety and seclusion. As well as the gazebo porch being gated to keep young ones and pets safe.

Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- ABSOLUTELY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
