The Space:

Splish Splash is the perfect place to beat the heat with a dip in the cabin’s private heated swimming pool! We can't wait to host you!

Nestled in the towering pines of Hochatown, OK, this cabin features two inviting suites for couples and additional sleeping space for kids (a total of 7 guests).

With an option to heat the swimming pool for extended use into the cooler months, Splish Splash is a great place to book any time of year.



Kitchen/Dining:

The dining table seats up to 6 with additional bar stool seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Kitchen also features a Keurig K-cup coffee machine, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, bakeware, crock pot, toaster, blender, and grilling tools.



Living Room:

Gas fireplace, leather sofa, two chairs, Smart HDTV, games.



Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2):

King bed, nightstand, dresser, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2):

King bed, 2 nightstands, bench, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Private access to the back deck.



Hallway (sleeps 3):

Triple-stacked twin bunk beds, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry closet.



Outdoors:

Private heated swimming pool, hot tub, gas grill, Smart HDTV, outdoor seating area, gas fireplace, outdoor dining table, and fire pit with seating for 4.



General:

Cabin is pet-friendly with payment of a pet fee and manager approval.

Large flat circle drive for easy in/out boat parking, full-size washer and dryer available, Smart HDTVs throughout the cabin.



GAS FIREPLACES AND POOL HEATERS are available. The cabin uses exterior security cameras facing away from the cabin's entrances. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 7 guests, no exceptions.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire property. If you wish to use the fire pit, please note that firewood is not included in the booking and must be purchased separately. You may also contact us if you would like us to arrange firewood for you for an additional charge.



Parking:

Private driveway for 3–4 vehicles.

Please review the following details before booking to ensure the best possible stay at Poolside Pines:



Pool Heating

- Pool heat is available October–April for an additional fee of $125 per day with a 2-day minimum.

- Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival and cannot always be guaranteed due to weather conditions or equipment limitations.



Hot Tub

- The hot tub is available year-round. Please keep the cover closed when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.



Fire Pit & Fireplaces

- Firewood is not provided. Guests may purchase firewood locally if they wish to use the outdoor fire pit, or they can give us a call if they want to arrange it prior

- Indoor gas fireplaces are seasonal and available October–April.



Pets

- Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.

- Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on furniture.



Parking

- Private driveway parking available for approximately 3–4 vehicles.

- No street parking allowed.



Security Cameras

- For safety, exterior security cameras are located at entry points and outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home.



Occupancy Limit

- Maximum occupancy is 7 guests at all times.

- Parties, events, and extra guests are not allowed.



Self Check-In

- This property offers self-check-in with keypad entry.

- Check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



Weather / Nature Notice

- This cabin is located in a forest setting.

- You may encounter insects, wildlife, or weather conditions typical for Broken Bow.



Maintenance / Pool / Hot Tub Disclaimer

- While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working perfectly, occasional service interruptions may occur due to weather, power outages, or equipment issues. We will address any issue as quickly as possible.



Interaction with Guests:

After confirming your reservation, a rental agreement will be sent to you for review and signature. This must be completed before your arrival.



The minimum age to book and check in is 25 years old. Reservations made by individuals under the age of 25 may be subject to cancellation.

If you plan to bring pets, please note that the cabin charges an additional pet fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Kindly contact us in advance to ensure the pet fee is added to your booking.



Pool heating is not included in the accommodation fee. If you would like to add pool heating.
