Located on a wooded lot in Timber Creek Trails, Phase V, Over The Edge cabin is the perfect get-away for a family or multiple couples. You will find extraordinary attention to unique design and quality craftsmanship in this split level cabin. The gravel driveway has ample room for boat trailers and the newly paved road ensures a smooth ride all the way to the cabin.

From the entrance you are welcomed into the split landing foyer. Up the stairs you will find the open kitchen and living area. The kitchen has the sleek style of matte black appliances including a double door refrigerator, glass cook top/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Small appliances include 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig, blender, hand held mixer, toaster, electric can opener, and crock pot. Dining is available at the table or the island counter. The living area, with floor to ceiling windows, has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and chair in front of a gas burning fireplace with timer switch (seasonal October- April). A large Smart HDTV with YouTube TV package is mounted over the fireplace. Head out the sliding door to the deck/balcony with 6-top dining table and gas grill (propane provided) to enjoy a meal in the fresh air or have morning coffee and watch the sunrise in the two rocking chairs.

One of the three bedrooms is located off of the kitchen. This spacious bedroom houses a king size bed with luxury linens, a closet for storage of personal belongings and a Smart HDTV with YouTube TV Package. The attached bathroom has a single vanity in granite countertop, a soaking tub and large walk-in tile shower with rain head and regular shower head. The toilet has a privacy door.

Head downstairs from the foyer landing to find 2 more bedrooms. Both bedrooms have king size beds with luxury linens, a closet for storage of personal belongings and a Smart HDTV with YouTube TV package. The bedroom to the far right has a door for outside covered patio access with outdoor seating. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with single vanity in granite countertops and has shower/tub combo inserts. In the hallway there is a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. By the laundry there is a door leading to another covered patio where the hot tub is located. On this patio there is an outdoor gas burning fireplace with easy on/of timer switch (seasonal October-April)

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: Over The Edge is located just minutes away from local restaurants and shopping to both the North and South. To the North you will find the Timber Creek Merchant area with Mountain Fork Brewery and Pizza, Shuck Me Restaurant, Okie Girls Ice Cream, Hochatown Escape Games, Hochatown Distilling Co. and Gift Shop, The Tasting Room Bar and Knotted Rope Winery. To the South enjoy Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and Marina as well as other local restaurants and attractions.
