Nik's Nest is the perfect cabin for a small family or for 2 couples with kids. It features 2 king bedrooms and 2 full baths, each with beautiful tile showers. The cabin also has 2 roll-away beds in each bedroom. So, the cabin sleeps 6 or even 7 with someone sleeping on the large sectional in the family room. The open floor plan of Nik's Nest is perfect to relax in front of the gas-log fireplace while the chef of the group prepares a nice meal in the fully-stocked kitchen. After dinner, guests can relax in the hot tub under cover on the back deck next to the outside gas-log fireplace. The deck also has a large Smart TV for sports fans and music lovers. The outdoor chef of the group will love the propane gas grill. For entertainment, challenge your friends to a game of horseshoes and ladder ball out back. And, spend family time around a roaring fire at the fire pit with free firewood provided. Roast marshmallows, tell tall tales of the fish you missed that day, or just enjoy time together. Your stay at Nik's Nest will surely be filled with happy memories!

Fantastic Family Experience

The stay was a great experience for my family and I. All necessary things were available, the hot tub and fire pit were key features that we indulged in. Being able to stay at this cabin with its amenities and simplicity was an awesome Holiday treat and we were able to focus on spending time as family and enjoying the experiences at Broken Bow, we look forward to doing it again next year!

Amazing Cozy House!

Great place to stay! We had a great time sitting by the fire, in the hot tub and around the kitchen connecting with our friends. The road was a bit bumpy with pot holes but besides that we absolutely loved our stay at the house!!! We made many memories and will book again!

Wonderful cabin! Not too small, not too big!

Property was great for my family of 4. Location was wonderful and private. Enjoyed the wildlife and outdoor space. Only issue was the roads getting to the cabin were a little rough for our Camry. :)

Short stay in Hochatown

Well, the road needs some work - there, that’s all the bad stuff out of the way. The location is awesome; far enough back from the main highway that you can’t hear it, close enough that 5 minutes and you are right in the middle of all the local attractions. Almost everything is 5-15 minutes from the door. Wonderful two bedroom, two bath house. Great room with kitchen, dining, and living. We enjoyed the deck, hot tub, Jenga, and horseshoes. Quiet area, plenty of space between the houses. Kitchen had everything we needed. Full size front loader stacked washer and dryer set.

Home Away from Home

This is a great double master cabin. The kitchen was perfect. Loved the deck, with the gas fireplace. Nice firepit area fro you to bring your comfy chairs. Great communication when the smoke detector started beeping. A new battery was in place within a hour. Best communication of any cabin, I’ve stayed. This cabin will be booked, again!!

Nik's Nest

Enjoyed our stay at Nik's Nest. The property is great for couples since it has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and each bedroom has the a bathroom. The roads in the subdivision are poorly maintained to have such beautiful homes and rental properties.

Amazing!

Amazing experience! The cabin was a cute/quaint home away from home that had EVERYTHING you could possibly need; we greatly appreciated that! Made cooking a large Christmas meal possible! The fireplaces, hot tub, large patio and privacy screen on the outdoor deck were all perfect! We had no hot water The first 24 hr but maintenance responded with efficiency and even made a courteous follow up to check in on us. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the road you have to travel on to get to the area- the potholes are unreal and make it very difficult to navigate on an already narrow road - but that is completely out of the owners hands and would not give a bad rating because of it. Just something Hochatown might want to eventually fix.
