Sitting at the bar and looking out into the living area, you will notice the unique board and batten wall design painted a dark blue to provide peacefulness to the occupants. French doors open from the living room outside to the first level of the 1,885 sq. ft. of amazing covered deck space. A gas fireplace with seating for 4 provides a great area for sitting outside and connecting with family or nature. On the deck you are provided amenities such as a propane grill, a dining table with seating for 6, a hot tub, and multiple outdoor games. Walk down the steps to enjoy the lawn game horseshoes or relax and sit around the custom fire pit area and roast some hot dogs and s'mores! The back yard is perfect for kicking back and enjoying all nature has to offer.
