From the moment you arrive at The Sky Deck, you'll feel like you're at the top of the world! This 4-bedroom luxury cabin is situated on a private lot at the top of a mountain in the Beautiful Woodland Bluffs neighborhood--only minutes from the attractions of Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. Yet the Sky Deck itself will transport you to another level, and compel our guests say things like, "Wow, I feel like I'm in Colorado!" With panoramic west-facing sunset views, the mountain top experience couldn't be more epic, and these views have been called "the best in all of Broken Bow."
The cabin sleeps 12 guests comfortably and is accommodating to groups with all adults, or a mix of adult and children. It offers two luxurious master suites downstairs, each with King size beds and huge private bathrooms. These oversized bathrooms have soaking tubs and huge showers with rainfall heads!
Upstairs we offer a unique arrangement of two additional Queen bedrooms! One has a single queen bed and its own private full bath with tub/ shower combo. The other offers three additional queen beds and a private bathroom with double vanity and tub/ shower combo. Just down the hallway is a bonus full bathroom which offers guests upstairs a choice on bathroom spaces. So with 6 beds, this cabin makes it comfortable 12 to enjoy plenty of luxury and space during their stay. (No sleeper sofas or cramming people into inadequate spaces like a lot of other rentals in the area often do) We also elected NOT to put bunk beds at this property, so as to better accommodate those groups who travel with older teenagers, college students or adults and the layout is perfect for church or corporate retreats where you may want to bring an all-adult group!
The Living spaces at this cabin are all roomy and well-appointed with modern furnishings and design. The Living room has comfortable seating, and while the room has lots of natural light, tall ceilings and epic views, it can still feel cozy with the inviting gas fireplace.
The gourmet kitchen is masterfully designed with a cooking triangle that will bring out your inner chef! Centered around the 48" Thor Kitchen gas range, the cooking experience here is unmatched. You'll have plenty of counter space, a deep single-bay sink with an unbelievable view, 2 dishwashers and all the kitchen gadgets you need to cook up a feast! Then you can serve that feast at our dining table with seating for 8, and the additional 4 guests can be served at the center island. There's a dedicated seat for every guest, including the kids!
We offer a convenient coffee bar with Keurig machine and we stock plenty of assorted K-cups for the coffee lovers in your group. We also have a coffee grinder and French press for bonafide connoisseurs!
Plus it's located only steps away from the porch, and Sky Deck - where we bet will be your favorite spot to sit in the early mornings while you sip your cares away.
The Game room is in a category of its own. When you walk through the door, you're officially a VIP with unmatched mountain views in a completely unique space! The West and North facing windows offer views of Ouachita National Forest, with plenty of room to spread out for whatever activity you choose. Watch movies on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, or even plug in your own gaming console or accessories into the provided HDMI cable for additional Big Screen entertainment. Relax and have a conversation in the amazing sitting areas--either inside the game room our outside on the covered balcony! There are actually TWO high top tables too for dining, board games or just for hanging out. Speaking of board games, we've stocked the game room with many of the most popular family games, so there's a something for everyone. Yet the main attraction here must be our Brunswick Air Hockey Table. Who can resist the fast-paced action and excitement with a quick round of competitive play! Will you get the high score or will your kids take your reigning title? Either way, your family will enjoy hours of fun and entertainment here in the game room at The Sky Deck. We bet it will be your favorite game room in the area, if at least not the one with the most impressive views...
For your convenience, we added a nice powder room downstairs for quick access from the living and dining areas. We also built out a huge laundry room, complete with TWO sets of high capacity washer and dryers, sink and folding table! With a space like this, you may even volunteer to do the laundry...
The OUTDOOR spaces at The SKY Deck are nothing short of spectacular. The covered patio area is HUGE, with multiple seating areas and even an outside bar area accessible by slider window from the kitchen! It's perfect for serving food to guests who prefer to dine outside, or even at the table on the Sky Deck. We chose to also put a small gas fire pit on the covered porch area as well, so you can enjoy the warmth and ambiance of a nice fire pit even in inclement weather. You can choose your favorite place to sit and relax, or even take a dip in the hot tub and enjoy unmatched views from every spot. You'll feel the mountain breeze, watch colorful sunsets and stargaze into a vast blanket of celestial wonder on clear moonless nights, making memories with your family that will last a lifetime.

LOCATION:
Sky Deck is conveniently located only minutes from Hochatown and Broken Bow, but far enough away to feel secluded. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the large 2.5 acre average lots in our neighborhood with ample distance between you and your nearest neighbors. This particular lot also features an access point down the hill from the end of one of the access roads, making it one of the more private lots in the neighborhood, with no cars driving by.
From this vacation rental, you can be on the water at Broken Bow lake in less than 25 minutes, Be in Hochatown in about 15-20 minutes, or take advantage of the access to Broken Bow also in about 20-25 minutes. Our neighborhood actually has two access points. The first is Cress Road (southern access point) where we are located about 4.5 miles from Highway 259 with convenient access to Broken Bow. The second is Camp Ranch Road (Northern access) where's we're about 3.75 miles from Highway 259 with closer access to Hochatown and area dining/ attractions.
