The Timberline unquestionably leaves a lasting impression with its "wow" factor.

The luxurious kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream. Adorned with exquisite quartz finishes, from the dining table and kitchen island to the elegant backsplash, it exudes sophistication. The centerpiece is an impressive live range boasting 8 burners, a true delight for chefs. What sets The Timberline apart is the innovative hydraulic pass-through to the upper deck, simplifying meal preparation and cleanup while providing expansive treetop views that stretch for miles.

The Timberline offers three king bedrooms, each akin to a luxurious hotel experience. The first king bedroom boasts a fireplace accompanied by a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Its ensuite is a unique gem, featuring a wet room and a rare addition, a dry sauna. The remaining two king suites are equally stunning, furnished with high-end bedding, luxurious accent pillows, individual nightstands, and ambient lighting. Wall-mounted televisions and privacy shades ensure a restful night's sleep. The ensuites are adorned with spacious walk-in showers and designer floor-to-ceiling tile for a touch of elegance.

On the lower level, you'll find the game room bunkroom. At the opposite end of the deck, you'll find the grill, conveniently located near the hydraulic pass-through door from the kitchen, and seating for eight. Hochatown is a small town bursting with boundless excitement and adventure, where the art of glamping reigns supreme.

Immerse yourself in the wonders of Hochatown, where opportunities for outdoor exploration abound. Embark on exhilarating hikes through the breathtaking Kiamichi Forest, with trailheads just a short drive from the cabin area. Delight in the thrill of boating on the pristine waters of Broken Bow Lake, discovering hidden coves and picturesque vistas. Indulge in the allure of the region's wineries, uncovering new flavors and experiences. Plus, Hochatown offers an array of captivating attractions to discover and enjoy.

◆ Boat Slip ◆ The cabin is located an 8-10 drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip.

◆ Property House and Security Rules◆

Maximum Occupancy: 16, Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging.

✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The road to our cabin is paved but very steep! No 4-wheel drive is needed (sedans are just fine!), but we just want to give you a heads-up! It's well worth it when you see the views!! Please note that if you book our cabin during the winter and there is snow or ice predicted during your dates, we will cancel and give you a full refund of your stay.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time: No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties!

Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

Firewood is provided.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.

Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!
