You’ll find plenty of prep space on the island countertop, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

After a full day of exploring all that Hochatown (a.k.a., Broken Bow) has to offer, enjoying the ATV trails next to the cabin, or just hanging out and enjoying all the fun and relaxing things to do at Tipsy Bear, head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of four bedrooms, all with the amenities of a primary bedroom and all equipped with plush king beds, top-quality linens, Smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows, and spa-inspired bathrooms to facilitate your relaxation.

First up in the selection of four king suites is a bedroom to the right of the living area. Because the room is right behind the front porch, you’ll have the same spectacular mountain view that those relaxing on the porch do. You’ll find, of course, the king bed with luxe linens, flanked by nightstands with lamps. The shiplap feature wall against which the bed rests offers additional sconce lighting. You’ll love the convenience of the elegant ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double-sink vanity. Lull yourself to sleep watching the bedroom’s TV. A dresser and closet provide storage.

You’ll find the next two king suite in the hallway behind the kitchen. Providing a wall of windows to allow views and natural light, this bedroom offers a king bed, nightstands with lamps and sconces above, TV, closet, dresser, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and all bathroom essentials. Also in the hallway behind the kitchen, discover the spacious third king suite with a charming barnstyle door for the ensuite bathroom. You’ll also find a king bed, TV, nightstands with lamps, and sconces above. Storage is found in the dresser and closet. You’ll enjoy refreshing in the ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

For kids of all ages, the first of two bunkrooms/gamerooms is off the kitchen and offers sleeping accommodations for 8, with full-on-queen bunk beds. Games, of course, can also be found here, along with a TV. The huge space in this room lends itself to play. A half-bath is conveniently right by this room.

And, as if one gameroom/bunkroom weren’t enough, a loft version provides a queen-over-twin bunk; you’ll find the foosball table and a TV here, too, along with a full bathroom including tub/shower combo.

-Maximum occupancy: 23 adults and children. Exceeding the maximum occupancy without management's approval results in additional charges and/or eviction without a refund.
-Must be 25 to rent, and person booking must be present at the property during entire stay.
-You will be required to sign a rental agreement, which will require you to upload your license.
-Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast
Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service, or any services provided by the county. No refund for outages or less than optimal speed or content.

-A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, K-cup pods, firewood and salt/pepper is provided for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer/dryer is provided. Host provides towels and linens.
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
-Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
-The hot tub is drained and sanitized after every check-out.
-Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes
early.)

-This cabin is located in the forest and it's common to come across various critters like chiggers, bugs, and other nature-loving creatures. Leaving doors open might invite some of them in, despite our efforts to manage the situation. We work with a professional pest control company to minimize encounters, but please note that refunds won't be provided for animal, insect, or pest encounters.
-A $500 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your
departure pending no damages or missing items. This is a hold, not a charge. This deposit will be collected via an approved third-party software.
-Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.
-Hochatown is predominantly a rural area, so it has numerous dirt and gravel roads throughout.
-Hochatown is a rapidly growing area, you may encounter construction in or around the area.
