This luxurious yet cozy cabin features 7 private king and queen bedrooms, each with an attached bath, plus a massive bunk room that sleeps 8. With smart TVs in every room, an outdoor kitchen, a game room complete with a pool table and basketball, and a relaxing hot tub, there's no shortage of entertainment or relaxation options. The outdoor playset and nearby firepit add to the charm, making this a place where everyone can feel at home.

Gummy Bear complements the experience, providing a fun, tri-level cabin that sleeps 23. The first floor features an inviting living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for gathering together. Upstairs, you'll find two bunk rooms for the kids and additional king bedrooms for the adults. Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

★ A NOTE ON YOUR WOODLAND ESCAPE ★
We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem. While the peace and privacy are unmatched, "vacationing in the woods" comes with a few natural quirks:
- Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger neighbors like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided to avoid uninvited dinner guests.
- The "Bug" Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, or wasp may find their way inside—especially during rain or seasonal shifts. These "woodland friends" are simply part of the forest experience.
- Spring Pollen Disclaimer: If you are visiting during the spring, please be aware that the forest is in full bloom! A fine dusting of yellow pollen on outdoor furniture and decks is common during this time. Guests with sensitivities may want to come prepared.
- Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.
