HopSquatch Property Overview:
Kitchen/Dining Area
Upon entering the front door you will find yourself between the spacious kitchen and dining area. The table can comfortably seat 4 guests and there is also seating at the kitchen island with 4 counter-height stools. The kitchen has been prepared with home-cooked meals in mind. It has an ample amount of dinnerware and flatware, plus serving/cooking utensils, pots/pans, and bakeware. A dual-function coffee maker, toaster, and crockpot are also available. A starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, liquid dish soap, dish washer detergent, liquid hand soap, and a sponge are also provided.
Living Area
HopSquatch's open-concept living design includes the living area, kitchen, and dining all in one luxurious, airy space; complete with vaulted ceilings and vast natural light. Stepping through the kitchen and dining area you will be greeted with the cozy living room complete with gas fire place.
Laundry
Beyond the dining area is utility closet with a stackable washer and dryer. A starter supply of laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets is provided.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
To the right of the main living area is the master bedroom, complete with en suite bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed, smart TV, closet with pack'n'play, and french doors to the spacious, covered, back patio. The master bathroom has double vanities, soaker tub, and a walk-in shower with additional rain shower head. Bath, hand, and face towels are provided, as well as hair dryer and a starter supply of toilet paper and toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel, bar soap, and liquid hand soap.
Back to the right of the entrance to HopSquatch is the stairway to the upper level where you will find the joint second bedroom and entertainment room. This room epitomizes fun with an air hockey table, large sectional sofa to curl up for a movie together on the smart TV, and many games located at the central desk space. At the back of the the room are two cozy full beds with storage on either side. Around the sectional is the en suite bathroom complete with combination tub and shower. Bath, hand, and face towels are provided, as well as hair dryer and a starter supply of toilet paper and toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel, bar soap, and liquid hand soap.

Outdoor Area
Enjoy the surrounding pines and sounds of nature on both the covered front patio complete with two rocking chairs as well as a bench or the spacious covered back patio. The back patio is where you can achieve relaxation in the hot tub, snuggle by the gas fireplace, or enjoy a movie or favorite show on the smart TV. There is also space for grilling and outdoor dining for 6 people.
Head on down the back steps to explore nature including the seasonal creek or head over the the fire pit in the evening for some tasty s'mores.

Important Things to Note:
* Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.
* Maximum of two small pets allowed in the cabin or on the property for a fee.
* No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the cabin or on the property.
* Must be 25 years old to rent and the person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.
* You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload your license.
* A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. This is a hold, not a charge.
* Keep in mind that HopSquatch is located in a rural area; although we have high-speed internet, outages can, and do, occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee internet service.
* Fireplaces are seasonal from October through April. Tampering with logs or fireplace screens, or placing foreign objects in the gas fireplaces can result in loss of security deposit and additional charges for damages.
* A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, bath toiletries, liquid dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and softener sheets are provided. A well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, towels, and linens are also provided.
* Propane is provided for the gas grill.
* The hot tub is drained and sanitized between bookings.
* Outward facing security cameras are located at the front and back patios to protect the cabin and our guests.
* Rearranging furniture or removing any items from the cabin is prohibited and could result in loss of security deposit.
* Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.
* Fireworks are not permitted. This is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burn ban in the area. Our guests are expected to abide by any burn bans in place. Fines can be upwards of $1,000. Check online for the current burn ban status before arrival. Refunds will not be given related to burn ban status.
* We privately manage this cabin and pride ourselves on being available to our guests. You will have our cell phone number and are able to contact us with any questions.
