Welcome to Bear Assets, your perfect cozy Broken Bow cabin nestled in a peaceful corner of town, offering you a serene retreat with all the comforts of home. This 1-bedroom cabin is ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a quiet getaway near nature while still being close to the local dining scene and attractions.
This is a pet friendly cabin, so we welcome your furry guests as well. Please see the end of this description for services you can add to your stay (early/late check in or out, firewood delivery, pet fees).

Bear Assets is packed with everything you need for a relaxing stay! The cabin sleeps 2 guests comfortably in a queen-sized bed located just off the living room, offering a peaceful retreat for restful nights. The living room is designed for comfort, with a plush loveseat and two leather recliners perfect for cozying up with a good book or enjoying a movie on the large smart TV.

The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, so you can whip up your meals without ever leaving the cabin. It includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and cooking equipment, along with dining ware for a complete cooking and dining setup. A small dining table with seating for four creates a perfect spot for an intimate meal or a game of cards after a long day of exploring.

Step outside and enjoy the natural surroundings of Bear Assets. The cabin’s front deck is a great spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or relax in the evening with a drink in hand. From the deck, a short walk-around bridge leads to your own private hot tub area, as well as a flat top grill to get your smash on for some smash burgers or a griddle style breakfast feast! The flat top runs on propane and is provided for you.

For even more outdoor enjoyment, the property includes a fire pit area perfect for roasting marshmallows or gathering around for late-night conversations. There's also a hammock where you can swing and relax, whether you're napping in the afternoon sun or stargazing at night.

Bear Assets is located on the north side of town, away from the busier, crowded areas, but is still incredibly close to all the action. You'll be just a short drive from the state park, where you can enjoy hiking, fishing, and other outdoor activities. If you're in the mood to explore local dining, shops, or attractions, all the best restaurants and hot spots are just minutes away!

Bear Assets offers an additional perk for those traveling with friends or family. There’s a second tiny cabin located next door called Grin and Bear It, which can be booked together with Bear Assets for added space and privacy. This is a great option if you're traveling with another couple or family members, as it allows everyone to have their own space while still enjoying time together.

GUEST NOTES AND ADDED SERVICES: 
P E T S : *There is a flat fee of $50/night if you are bringing pet(s). Pet limit is 2. Please reach out to us if you have a special request. 
F I R E W O O D : You can opt for a starter pack of firewood to be delivered to your cabin for your stay. 6-8 pieces (depending on size) for $20. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent. 
E A R L Y / L A T E: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your SkyRun host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
WIFI AVAILABILITY: Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary convenience for our guest; however, it is not considered an essential part of the rental. Refunds will not be issued for Wi-Fi-related issues including connectivity, speed, local outages, or accessibility.
