Hilltop Retreat has a 2 story open floorplan where guests can gather around the living and dining spaces. Relax in the comfy couch while watching TV (cable provided) by the fireplace.

❤️SLEEPING AREAS:
The cabin sleeps up to 14 with 3 king suites, 2 full size futons, and a Triple bunk (sleeps 5). Each of the bedrooms has a balcony door that opens up to the back deck with a view of the mountains. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a walk in shower (one has a soaker tub).

Our amazing outdoor space has two decks for guests enjoyment.

Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1- Sep 30). Pets are considered on a case by case basis, with a pet fee of $50/pet/night. Lastly, we want this to be a memorable experience for you and your loved ones and we would be happy to provide recommendations in the area.

❤️PET POLICY. IF APPROVED:
We charge $50/pet/night. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE, VIOLATORS WILL BE PAYING A PENALTY.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, and to make sure our no-parties policy is being adhered to. We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.
LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests.
ACCESS: The front door is equipped with an electronic smart lock keypad & a private entrance. A unique door code will be sent at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
