CABIN POLICIES
•Our cabin is best suited for 4 adults and up to 6 kids. Maximum occupancy is 12. Exceeding 12 persons will result in additional costs and/or eviction without refund

•NO PETS or animals of any kind. Pets or animals will result in eviction without refund.

•Must be 25 years of age to rent

•Person booking must be present at the property during the entire stay

•Signed rental agreement is required

•NO PARTIES as eviction without refund will be enforced.

•No smoking, vaping, or drugs on the property; no fireworks

•Exterior security cameras are monitored 24/7 for your safety,

•Observe any burn bans set by the Oklahoma Forestry Service during a drought

•No travel trailers, RV's or tents of any sort permitted on the property.

HOT TUB RULES:

We kindly request all guests to shower or rinse off before using the hot tub to remove dirt and oils. We are not responsible for dirt and debris in the hot tub because guests did not rinse off. Glass or alcohol is not allowed in or near the hot tub. Children must be supervised in the hot tub. Please do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover. Please cover the hot tub and make sure the jets/lights are off after each use.
