Pool Maintenance:
To ensure a top-tier experience, the pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule. During your stay, our pool technician may stop by briefly to keep the water clean and balanced for your enjoyment.

Service is limited to the outdoor area only and is quick and minimally disruptive. Timing may vary slightly based on weather and scheduling, and we appreciate your understanding as we keep everything in pristine condition. clean, allergy-friendly home for all guests.

Additional Details:
---No pets allowed: As much as we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets at our home.


---No Fireworks: we are located in a forest, with limited fire hydrants in case of an emergency. Please be mindful and refrain from doing fireworks at the property.


---Non-smoking: No smoking in the cabin- we are a family-friendly home & we would like to maintain the property clear of any traces of cigarettes/other smoking evidence, especially for the little ones who come to visit after you! Please pick and discard any smoking evidence prior to departure. We do have a noise/smoke detector within the home that will notify us if any smoke is detected, and you will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected.


---No glass outside: We provide outdoor-friendly plates, cups, and wine glasses. You will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected to cover additional cleaning costs. If any glass gets in the pool, you will be liable to cover a full drain, clean, and refill of the pool. Once again, this is a family-friendly home and we need to think about future guests, especially young ones.


---Exterior Security Cameras: We have 2 driveway facing security cameras. These are put into place for security purposes and to keep track of our cleaning/maintenance crews.


***** General Pool Policy *****
- Pool heat must be turned on or off for the entire stay (cannot be adjusted daily).
- Pool heating must be requested and PAID at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
- Please note: Pool heaters can generally only increase the water temperature by about 30°F above the outside air temperature.


*** Fees & Refunds ***
- Pool heating fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of running the pool heater, regardless of weather conditions or usage.


*** Weather Limitations***
- If the outside temperature drops below 40°F at night, pool heating will not be available.
- Pool heaters are not equipped to operate in freezing conditions, and requests during such times will be declined.


---Firewood Availability---
For your convenience, we can coordinate a firewood delivery for an additional fee. Please reach out 48 hours prior to arrival to schedule a delivery.

--- Stand-by Generator---
The whole home stand by generator will power the entire home in the event of a power outage. Please allow up to 30 seconds for the generator to fire up and restore power to the home. Once operational, the home will function as normal.
