Pets are welcome, too!

Living Spaces:
The heart of this property is its living room, which manages to be cozy and spacious at the same time thanks to its wood-paneled cathedral ceiling. Gather on the tasteful leather furniture and enjoy a crackling fire in the fireplace, flanked by French doors that lead out onto the front porch deck. This space is home to a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, making it an excellent place to screen your favorite movies or TV shows.

The most unique feature of this property is its namesake: the detached game room that’s home to a pool table and flat-screen TV to enrich your stay. This space is beautifully lit thanks to its unique clear garage door that opens right out onto the breezeway. With its cozy sleeping loft it’s also great for older kids and teens who want their own space.

Kitchen & Dining:
Cooking for even the largest of groups is easy here thanks to the bright open kitchen next to the living space. This brand-new high-end kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, elegant kitchen island with quartz waterfall countertop and seating for 4. It also has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks for your group: dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crockpot, griddle, barware & so much more. Sit at the island and share a good meal or glass of wine.

For more formal sit-down meals, the dining area is just off the kitchen. Lit by an elegant modern chandelier, the dining table seats up to 8 in plush dining chairs. Prefer to eat al fresco? The covered deck can play host to all sorts of outdoor dining thanks to its stylish dining set with seating for 6. Cook out on the propane grill and enjoy a meal among the trees!

Bedrooms & Baths:
Billiard Breezeway sleeps up to 16+ guests between 5 bedrooms.
No one sacrifices on comfort here; the property has 3 full suites, each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms with luxurious walk-in showers and closets.
The cozy bunk room is roomy enough for both kids and adults with its two full-over-full bunk beds (4 beds total). Guests staying in this room use the full bath across the hall. 4 more can stay in the sleeping loft in the separate game room, which has its own full bath.

Outdoor Amenities:
Billiard Breezeway embodies the best of indoor-outdoor living.
Open up the clear garage door and expand the game room onto the breezeway, where you’ll find foosball, a corn hole set, and a relaxed seating area with its own toasty outdoor fireplace and TV. Step out onto the main deck and take a dip in the hot tub, or sit around the beautiful propane fire pit with plenty of seating for great conversation. There are many possibilities for gathering outdoors, or simply curling up with a good book. Kids and adults, alike, will love the multiple swings around the fire pit structure in the backyard. At night, the space is lit by enchanting string lights. All you need to bring is the fun and the s’mores.

The property also has a play set for kids and, for the adventurous, a climbing wall!

The Neighborhood:
With its lush, tall trees and peaceful location, Hochatown is an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t plenty of entertainment here. Rent a jet ski and get out on Broken Bow Lake, or take the kids for a fun visit to BigFoot Speedway. Lace up your boots and go hiking in Beavers Bend State Park. Hochatown is also home to many charming boutiques and restaurants, several of them dog-friendly so your furry family members don’t have to miss out on any of the fun.

Getting Around:
Most guests have a personal vehicle. Written driving directions will be provided via a digital guidebook upon booking. There is plenty of parking in the front circle drive.

Other Things to Note:
Please note the layout of the beds & rooms prior to booking. The detached bunk loft is not recommended for young children or adults. This area is best suited for teens.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with $150 non refundable pet deposit. No more than 2 pets allowed during any stay.

Interaction with Guests:
Guest will be hosted by the owner/property manager. Platform communication offered before, during & after the stay.
