Location & Good to Know
• La Buena Vida is located in the rolling hills of the Ouachita Mountains within the Carter Mountain West development — just outside the Hochatown city limits, offering the benefit of lower lodging taxes while still keeping you close to everything.
• You’ll be about five minutes from ATV trail access, Local 259, The Maze of Hochatown, Chili Dippers Golf Club, and the turn-off for Cedar Creek Golf Course, and approximately seven minutes north of Shuck Me, Mountain Fork Brewery, and Okie Girls.
• Highway 259 is a main thoroughfare for logging trucks, and depending on weather and ambient conditions, some distant road noise can carry. To enhance comfort, we provide sound machines in the bedrooms and outdoor speakers on the decks.
