Neighborhood Highlights:
Dogwood Manor is located near the banks of the Mt Fork River in a small neighborhood of only 4 cabins. Our cabin is the only stand-alone cabin situated on 2.4 beautiful, wooded acres at the end of a private road. Historic rainfall common to the area can cause roads to be rough or muddy. While all vehicles can drive to the cabin, trucks and SUVs are recommended. Please note that the last 3.1 miles to the cabin is a county-maintained gravel/dirt road.

Getting Around:
You've come to Dogwood Manor to enjoy a peaceful, secluded location. Shopping, eating, and wine tasting are just 13 miles away, located in the charming Downtown center of Broken Bow.

Guests will have the entire cabin to themselves, so settle in to your home away from home!

We keep the well house, housekeeping closet, both A/C closets, and the storage closet locked.

Vehicles are required to travel around Broken Bow.

Guests are encouraged to protect their vacation investment by adding travel insurance.

Traveling with small children: There are outlet covers and 2 cabinet locks available under the sink if needed. We have a hot tub, stairs, and a ship ladder that require adult supervision. **Ship ladders are designed to be used forward facing with hands on the railing at all times.

Location: This property is in a remote location. Wild animals and insects can roam onto the property: deer, wild hogs, poisonous snakes, rabbits, armadillos, otters, hawks, eagles, river rats, coyotes, fire ants, ticks, etc. We can't guarantee a pest free or animal free environment. Please take precautions.

Internet: Due to recent required equipment upgrades by Starlink, we are currently using an AT&T hotspot. Wi-Fi availability and speed are not guaranteed and may fluctuate due to various reasons, such as weather conditions, device compatibility, and interference from other wireless signals.

Maintenance: This is a family cabin, not a hotel. We will do our best to see that the needs of our guests are met in a timely manner, as we strive to host 5 star experiences! In the unlikely event that a maintenance issue occurs during your stay, please understand that weekend, night, and holiday repairs can be difficult in a rural town.

You may upgrade your reservation by adding Early Check-in or Late Check-out!
This service is provided at a rate of $25 per hour. Terms: Based solely on availability. We require 48 hour notice to upgrade your reservation. Fees are due at time of request, no exceptions. These extended hours require scheduling changes for our team and extra resources. Thank you for your cooperation so that we may continue offering this service to all of our guests.
