Poolside Retreat for Families and Friends
Duo Water Resort Cabin in Broken Bow | Poolside Retreat for Families and Friends
The Experience
Duo Water Resort combines Blue Water Ridge and Way Back When for a Broken Bow group retreat centered around private pools, hot tubs, and easy time together in the pines. It is a strong fit for families, couples traveling together, and friend groups who want a more activity-rich stay without giving up comfort.
Blue Water Ridge offers two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a bunk room with twin-over-queen bunks, a queen sofa sleeper, and a soaking tub in the primary bath. Outside, its private heated pool, expansive deck, yard space, and bubbling hot tub create a relaxed setting for both quiet mornings and lively afternoons.
Way Back When adds rustic charm with two king suites, a family-friendly bunk room, and an upstairs game loft with shuffleboard. Its own private pool, hot tub, fire pit, and covered seating give your group even more room to settle in, while Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, wineries, restaurants, and Hochatown attractions stay within easy reach.

Pool Heating Information
Pool heat is $150 per night per cabin and must remain on for the duration of your stay once selected. That means $150 per night for one cabin or $300 per night for both cabins. Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours before arrival.
For Blue Water Ridge, pool heaters can generally increase the water temperature by about 30 degrees above the outside air temperature. Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in are subject to a $50 surcharge and can only be handled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Pool heating fees are non-refundable regardless of weather conditions or usage. If the outside temperature drops below 32 degrees at night, pool heating will not be available, and requests during freezing conditions will be declined.
For Way Back When, pools can be heated to a maximum of 84 degrees Fahrenheit, and pool heaters can generally increase the water temperature by about 30 degrees above the outside air temperature. Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in are subject to a $50 surcharge and can only be handled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Pool heating fees are non-refundable regardless of weather conditions or usage. In extreme cold weather, typically between December and February, pool heat is less effective, especially when temperatures go below 60 degrees. Pool heating cannot be used when weather is below 60 degrees, and requests during freezing conditions will be declined.
Nature & Environment
One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during your stay.
Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.
During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.
Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.
We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.
What To Bring
We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.
Starter Supply Details
Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:
- Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags
- Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent
- Coffee supplies (pods, grounds, filters, creamer, sugar)
- Hot tub chlorine for guest use as directed
These items are intended to get your stay started and are not restocked.
WiFi Disclaimer
WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not considered an essential service of the property. Because cabins are located in rural wooded areas, connectivity and speeds may vary due to weather conditions or regional outages.
