Nestled in a serene setting, our cottage boasts three spacious bedrooms, accommodating groups and families with ease. Wake up to breathtaking lake views and soothing sounds of nature. Free access to one kayak, one kids kayak, 1 inflatable paddle boat (with kayak seat), swimming mat and water toys.

The heart of the property is the beautiful patio area that overlooks the shimmering waters of Lake Rosalind. Lounge on comfortable outdoor furniture, take in the panoramic views, and make memories around the firepit as you toast marshmallows and share stories under the stars. The BBQ grill invites you to sizzle up delicious meals, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and togetherness.

Inside, you`ll find a well-appointed kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The cozy living area is a perfect spot to unwind, complete with large windows that frame the picturesque lake scenes. In-floor heating in most of the house area for relaxed and cozy evenings

We heartly welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders & sexual orientations. Our home is a safe place for guests from all minority & marginalized groups.

- No pets allowed at the cottage

- Note: Boat Launch is not available to the guests (per the decision by Lake Rosalind association). Guest may however enjoy Kayaking/Swimming in the Lake.

- Guest booking the cottage should be minimum 25 years of age.

- Guests are requested to bring their own propane tank for BBQ and fire pit. There is an empty propane tank on the property and can be used by guests for exchanging with filled tanks.

- Two car parking available right outside the house. Check the guest manual or listing pictures for exact parking space.

- No parking at any other place at any time is allowed.

By booking, you agree to all the following house rules on the listing:

Check-In Time: 4 PM
Check-Out Time: 11 AM

- NO smoking or Vaping in the home, violating this rule will result in a $500 fee to de-smoke the house. If you must, please walk outside a bit away from the entrance door and close the door behind you so that smoke doesn’t go inside with wind and properly dispose of cigarette butts afterwards.

- No food or drinks in the bedrooms. Any stained beddings or damaged items will be charged at retail costs through the booking portal as part of the process.

- We provide the basic supplies you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper, coffee, etc.) but further supplies once initial reserve is consumed (especially for long-stay bookings), guests need to be purchased on your own.

- Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is 11 am.

**Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs**: If you`d like an early check-in and/or late check-out, please let us know at least 24hrs in advance. Please note that there is an early check in / late check out fee to be paid via the booking platform

Note: Early check-in and Late check-out are subject to availability.

- Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbours to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund for your stay—no more than the number of guests mentioned in the reservation should be at the property at any time. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $75/guest/night.

- Quiet Hours: 10 PM-8 AM. Please keep noise to an optimal level during the quiet hours.

- No shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front.

- Do not wash hair down the drain.

- Any cleaning issues or matters must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

- Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.

- By booking you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas.

*For stays longer than 14 days, it may be necessary for us to conduct a routine inspection of the unit, which typically takes 30-45 minutes. We will provide 24 hours` notice prior to the inspection, except in cases of emergency when the maintenance team needs to access the unit, in which case a shorter notice may be provided regardless of the length of stay.
