Welcome to our cozy summer house.



The summer house is a hidden gem, tucked away on a small side road, known by locals as a highly attractive spot for a summer home.

Surrounded by lush trees and rolling landscapes, the property offers breathtaking views of the Flensburg Fjord from the living room, two of the bedrooms, and the terrace. In front of the house stretches a field where cows graze throughout the summer. Here, it’s pure relaxation and a sense of escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life.



The summer house boasts a spacious layout of 77 square meters, including an inviting entrance that seamlessly flows into the kitchen. The kitchen is well-maintained and functional. The large living room features an impressive vaulted ceiling, and with its large gable windows, the stunning view becomes an integral part of the space, filling the room with natural light.



The summer house offers three comfortable bedrooms, providing ample space for family and guests. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a sauna, offering ultimate relaxation after a day of outdoor activities.

A newly renovated terrace is accessible from the living room and is the perfect spot to enjoy sunny days and quiet evening meals.



The area offers many great hiking opportunities, including a beautiful 2.8 km walk along the Gendarmstien trail to the charming town of Broager, where you’ll find excellent shopping options. For swimming, there’s a small cozy beach with a bathing jetty just 400 meters away. Back at the summer house, an outdoor shower with hot water allows you to rinse off while enjoying views of the Flensburg Fjord.



The summer house is in excellent condition, both inside and out, with an enchanting location, fantastic sea views, and plenty of charm.
