The space
This spacious first-floor apartment provides a comfortable and welcoming base for your stay. The open living and dining area is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Broadway, while the kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home.

The apartment features one king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bedroom, however this room currently contains a sofa while we await the arrival of the bed, meaning the apartment temporarily sleeps up to four guests.

If you are looking to book for six guests in the future, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to let you know if this will be possible.

Please note, this apartment does not have outdoor space, but guests can enjoy immediate access to village amenities and surrounding countryside walks right from the doorstep.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

Early check-in: from 1:00 pm, available for a flat fee of £30.

Late check-out: up to 12:00 pm, available for a flat fee of £30.

Unauthorised early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges.

★ Lost Property Returns ★

If any personal items are left behind, we are happy to assist with returning them where possible.
A flat £7 fee will be charged to cover postage, packaging, and handling time for returning lost items.
All arrangements and charges will be handled through Airbnb in accordance with platform policy.
For larger or high-value items requiring special delivery, additional postage costs may apply.
Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

★Extra Linens & Towels Policy★
A standard set of bed linens and towels is provided at check-in based on the number of guests booked.
Additional items are available upon request for an extra fee:
Extra towel set (for up to 2 guests): £10
Extra linen set (per bed): £15

★ Starter Supply of Essentials ★
We provide a small selection of starter supplies to help you settle in comfortably. Should you require additional items during your stay, guests are welcome to replenish these as needed once the initial supplies have been used.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.

★OUR CANCELLATION POLICY★

We offer a flexible cancellation policy consistent with industry-standard short-term rental practices.

Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in.

No refund if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of check-in, including no-shows or early departures.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Any non-recoverable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund.
