Welcome to this stunning luxury detached home in the heart of Broadstairs — the perfect coastal retreat for families and friends. Beautifully styled and thoughtfully designed, this spacious holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxed and memorable stay.

At the rear of the property, you’ll find private parking for one car on the driveway (no dropped kerb), with the option to park over the drive too or with prior notification we do have permission for guests to park on the driveway opposite the house.

Enter through the back gate into the garden and use the convenient side access to the house.

Inside, a large modern rear extension features a sleek open‑plan kitchen with a central island, stool seating, built‑in double oven, microwave, induction hob with integrated extractor, dishwasher and airfryer. There is a cosy sitting area with Smart TV with SKY Package and Netflix, a dining table for six and patio doors leading directly to the garden. Off the kitchen is a handy utility area with washing machine, and a downstairs W/C.

Also on the ground floor is a beautifully spacious lounge, complete with ample comfortable seating, a stylish wall‑mounted fireplace, and a wall‑mounted Smart TV Smart TV with SKY Package and Netflix — ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Upstairs, the property offers three beautifully decorated bedrooms: one king, one double and one with twin singles, all featuring high‑quality mattresses and generous storage. The master bedroom also benefits from having a Smart TV with SKY Package and Netflix. The luxurious main bathroom, tiled floor‑to‑ceiling, includes a bath, large walk‑in shower, toilet and vanity basin.

The private rear garden provides the perfect spot to relax with family and friends. Enjoy the outdoor corner sofa, coffee table and sun loungers. A fantastic bonus is the outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sandy feet, wetsuits and beach gear after spending the day at Viking Bay — especially convenient when staying so close to the sea. Guests can also enjoy a football (foosball) table located in the garden — perfect for a bit of fun and friendly competition.

The highlight of the home is the games room, equipped with a pool table and dartboard, sofa and a selection of board games and kids toys, offering year‑round entertainment for guests of all ages.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Broadstairs train station is the nearest station and just a 15-20 minute walk to the accommodation. Broadstairs Train Station is regularly served by South Eastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well as trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 80-90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station.

The National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: The Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

There are many local reasonalbly priced taxi companies serving Thanet.
