A travel Cot w/ mattress, highchair, potty, toys, games & books are provided so you can pack light and settle straight in.

Cook In or Step Out From the Kitchen to the Deck

Flowing from the hallway is a bright, open-plan kitchen/dining area extending into a conservatory. The dining table seats four comfortably, though on a sunny morning, you might prefer to grab a pastry from one of the nearby cafes and enjoy it on the deck. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven with induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer (perfect for stocking up on ice creams) and a washing machine, plus plenty of cupboard space for your own supplies.

We provide a starter pack of essentials, plus complimentary tea, coffee, and basic condiments, so you can be settled in and brewing up within minutes of arrival.

A Cosy Living Room and Light-Filled Conservatory

On the ground floor, the living room is a welcoming retreat with plump cushions, cosy blankets and comfortable seating, perfect for movie nights (guests can use their own login details for catch-up services and streaming via Netflix, Amazon Prime and more). A ladder-style desk tucks neatly into the room for anyone needing to catch up on work, with high-speed WiFi throughout.

The conservatory offers a second bright living area, and when the weather turns it really comes into its own: board games, books and children's toys all to hand, with the rain on the glass and nowhere you need to be.

Upstairs: Rest Well

Upstairs are two well-appointed bedrooms, both finished with wooden shutters that keep the light just right.
The children's room at the front features full-size single bunk beds, with a wardrobe and drawers providing plenty of space to unpack and settle in, plus plenty of floor space to play.

The main bedroom overlooks the rear garden and even offers a glimpse of the sea. A king-size bed, calm neutral décor and generous storage make it a real haven after a day out.

A large, modern family bathroom sits between both rooms, with a full-sized bath, overhead shower and quality toiletries provided. There's plenty of shelf and surface space for everyone's things — perfect for families and convenient for longer stays.

Outdoor Space: Sun, Shelter and Sea Air
Step outside from the conservatory into a spacious, split-level garden. It’s a sun trap that stays sheltered and warm even when it's blustery on the beach.

The upper decked terrace has a dining table and chairs, making it a natural spot for alfresco meals, a slow morning coffee, or a yoga session in the sunshine.

Steps lead down to a gravelled lower level, surrounded by mature planting such as fig and cherry blossom trees — sheltered, green and surprisingly private.

The garden is genuinely one of the property's standout features: sunny, fully enclosed, and a world away from the beach crowds when you need it.

Parking

On street (restricted) or paid for in nearby Crofts Place car park (one-minute walk, free between 10pm and 7am). Free street parking can be found within a 10-minute walk.

Thoughtful Touches Throughout

For added convenience, a highchair and a travel cot with additional mattress are provided (guests are kindly asked to bring their own cot bedding). A hairdryer is also available for guest use. Quality linens, and plush towels provided. Bathrooms are stocked with toiletries for your comfort.

Accessibility note: There are steps from the pavement down to the front entrance. At the rear of the home, there are steps from the conservatory to the decked area, and additional steps down to the lower garden. Due to these level changes, the home may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairments. Guests are encouraged to review the photos and message with any accessibility questions before booking.



Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Broadstairs train station is short walk 10-15 min walk down the high st and is regularly served by South Eastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well as trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 80-90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

The National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: The Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

There are many local reasonalbly priced taxi companies serving Thanet.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

Please refrain from smoking / vaping inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning.
