Let's start in the kitchens. Yes, there are two! One spacious eat in full kitchen upstairs and a catering kitchen with luxury amenities on the main level. Luxury means luxurious! Sub zero refrigerator/freezer, Sharp drawer microwave, Dacor gas cooktop and twin ovens, Breville Airfryer/toaster, Jura Espresso/Cappuccino maker with plenty of Lavazza espresso included, and much more! Enjoy the added convenience of two enormous kitchenette style bars with instant hot water, microwave and toaster oven, underbar beverage fridges, and an event room bar to boot. As a bonus, look for the mid-century Mad Men style surprise closet bar in the library!

Moving on to the bedrooms, revel in the relaxation of silk, cotton, well appointed furnishings, HD smart TVs, and louvered shades for just the right amount of light. With an emphasis on privacy, enjoy en suite bathrooms and extra living/sitting rooms. Enter the nursery and playroom and find options for kids to romp and nap, with additional bed options for those without any little ones.

Let's talk bathrooms: some would say the most important room in the house. We have 8 full baths and two half baths. Bidets and heated seats are kind to your tender tushy. The primary bath has a steam shower big enough for all your friends (not that you’d invite them in, but you could!) Rainfall shower heads complement massaging jets to soothe sore muscles. Soaking tubs and marble vanities place your party in grottoes of glamour simply unmatched anywhere else you can book.

Downstairs, experience the ultimate utopian playground with over 1000 square feet of pleasure palace! (Walk out through the fitness center to a spacious hot tub, pool and waterfall!) But let’s start in the underground sports bar, where a Samsung 75 inch UHD TV awaits you for catching every detail in that big game. Next, notice the poker & mahjong table and relaxing sitting area. Geek out in the adjoining game room with Indiana Jones pinball, regulation fussball and a top shelf drum set (Pearl drums/Zildjian cymbals). Just around the next corner appears the billiards lounge. It all culminates with the expansive movie theatre with all fully-reclining seating and a 110 inch screen. A hallway leads to the fitness room with two treadmills, TRX and full body cable weights, massage/stretching table and weight bench and yet another full bath. Completing this cathedral of conviviality is the golf simulation room which can serve as an additional movie theater, and an attached half bath and handy beverage fridge. Swing away to your heart's content (or as long as your other half will let you!)

Events? Let us count the ways! The formal living room features a tuned grand piano with gorgeous ambiance including chandeliers, with the library, cocktail room and ballroom available for custom configuration. Breeze out in your finery through French doors and wafting sheer curtains to the expansive brick and turf courtyard featuring a bronze estate fountain, and you just may feel like royalty. For something less formal but no less compelling, the event room has a full wall screen for featured video and music where you and a hundred of your closest friends can dance the night away, Have a large sit down dinner with no one left out. Customizing spaces is our specialty, so don't be afraid to ask for exactly what you want!

Outside features not only the pool, spa and waterfall, but an estate fountain, beautiful Italian inspired hedges, manicured landscapes in every direction, wildlife right outside your window, a creek, fire pit, and relaxing conversation seating throughout. For the adventurous, leap and dart through private wooded acreage dotted with ferns, moss and an ambleway and bridge dappled in sunlight. For the sporting types among you, try your hand at tennis, pickleball and basketball on our just resurfaced court with court side fire pit and seating. A ping pong table, corn hole set and even an artist easel to re-create the inspirational views à la Van Gogh wait for you. No one in your group will be bored for even one moment as you revel in all the activities available in such a stunning setting!

Event Guidelines: We allow events during stays on a case by case basis. This platform only allows us to say we allow 99 guests max, but we can accommodate many more. The courtyard fence can be opened up, and tent and outdoor furniture rentals are available locally, We require a $15 per person weekday and $25 per person weekend day venue fee, one extra cleaning fee per 50 guests, rental of a portable restroom for events with over 50 people (not including registered guests), no more than 15 cars on the property, no driving on the grass, no street parking (there are large parking lots within 2 miles) and one million dollars in event insurance.
