There's also a second lounge on this level featuring a double sofa bed and a dedicated office space, perfect for remote work or a quiet moment with a book.
Head upstairs to the first floor, where the heart of the home unfolds. A bright and airy open-plan kitchen, dining and living area creates a relaxed, social space for cooking, eating, and spending time together. The glass doors open directly onto the garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The garden includes a large patio with an outdoor sofa â perfect for al fresco meals or evening drinks â and beyond that, a green lawn with a dedicated childrenâs play area to keep little ones entertained. This floor also includes a utility room and a convenient WC.
