This property is next to the main drag into Bristol just past the Hard Rock-noise level is significant. There is a nice hot tub in the back fenced yard, limited privacy. Parking is on a paved area, easy access to the road & the house- shared with 2 homes behind & next door to the property. This is an older property with rolling floors & very small bathrooms-1 bathroom is extremely compact.I was unable to to dress or prepare for an event due to the compact size & lack of counter space & a mirror that was way too high to be helpful. We had a few inconvenient issues with cleanliness & plumbing-the host was quick to respond & did offer to have repairs done during our visit however we refused due to time constraints. Location is good; living room, kitchen, and dining room are spacious; laundry area is convenient. A coffee area is supplied with decaf coffee & sweet n low with the Keurig single cup pot. There are furnished porches front & back. There are steps to enter both front & back of the house-as a physically limited person (not wheelchair accessible) I did not encounter issues with accessibility except for one bathroom (not walker/wheel chair accessible bathrooms). Beds are firm, linens are comfortable , pillows are thin/firm, central heat/air works well, full size appliances with ice maker in frig, &cleaning supplies available. This property only asks for trash removal & no smoking! Krogers & an excellent breakfast restaurant are within walking distance just up the hill.
