Discover the beauty of Bristol from this marvelous 1-bedroom house. A charming living space and full kitchen/dining area offers a comfortable existence. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep.

Recently completely renovated, including new furnishings, enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. The living room offers an additional space with a sofa bed for extra guests. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember, including a washing machine/drying rack

Conveniently located in the Bristol Historic area, it is within walking distance of the Bristol waterfront, East Bay Bike Path, Unity Park, many fine restaurants, cafes, Pivotal Brewery, distillery and more.

Jim was an exceptional host—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. What really stood out was how well-maintained the property was; everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. The location was also fantastic—within easy walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. I stayed for two months and truly appreciated Jim’s kindness and support during that time. It made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great little studio within walking distance to downtown Bristol and the East Bay Bike Path. The full kitchen was well stocked. The shower has great water pressure. The bed was comfortable, too! Jim is a great host and very responsive to any questions/concerns. We'll definitely look to stay here again when we return to our hometown.

Such a great location, it has access to everything you need in Bristol. We loved that is had everything we needed to relax and have a base camp for our adventures around RI. We had a wonderful time in Bristol. The cottage was newly renovated and was beautiful and clean. Our hosts made sure we had all the comforts of home, including coffee and breakfast bars. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing!! Bristol is quaint, historic town. We enjoyed walking downtown, shopping and eating at some delicious restaurants. We loved walking the bike path along the water and enjoyed a few hours at Bristol Town Beach. We were in the area for a wedding in Portsmouth. It was 20 minutes from the venue.

Magnificent studio apartment!!

These people did a magnificent job with this place . They thought of everything. The description & pictures are very accurate, even better in person. We spent 9 nights there and loved every minute. Hope we can get there again.

Great place to stay in Bristol

This home had everything we needed. The home was very comfortable and supplied well. Bed and pillows were comfortable, kitchen was great with plenty of supplies, and living room area was just right. Washer and dryer were handy as we did a load of wash before we left. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Jim was great! I reached out with less than 24 hours notice due to a change in plans, and he got back to me right away and was able to accommodate me last minute. The place is very clean and new and worked well for what I needed—working remotely and visiting friends. I did not cook in the kitchen, but it certainly had everything you would need, and the provided beverages and snacks were a nice touch. I took one star off for neighborhood only because cars drive fast and loud on that road and there seem to be motorcycles at all hours, so if you need absolute quiet at night that might be a challenge. Worked for me, though.

Perfect place for our stay. Convenient to everything & everywhere we needed. Very comfortable, clean, cozy & well appointed with all the touches of home. Beautiful renovations; fabulous shower!
