Enjoy the nearby Bayside Cinemas right in the building for the latest movies and a great night out. For outdoor enthusiasts, explore the serene Wynnum boardwalk mangroves or visit historic Fort Lytton. Nearby sports lovers can enjoy golf at Wynnum Golf Club, rugby at the local club, or sailing at the prestigious Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron (RQYS).

Brisbane International Airport is 20-25 minutes drive away. The CBD is ~25mins drive.
Locally, in under 10 minutes there are supermarkets, the library, Wynnum train station which connects you to Cleveland, Brisbane & Beyond by train. There are also various bus routes.
Please respect other residents and keep noise to a minimum, especially during late evenings and early mornings.

No parties or events allowed to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Please use communal facilities (like the rooftop pool and BBQ) responsibly
