Over looking the Scarborough Waterfront & parklands, in the Scarborough Beach Resort complex is a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. An open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area which looks across the water as well as the master bedroom with water views and ensuite. A very comfortable outdoor balcony area to relax and gaze into the ocean and the convenience of having a pool, spa, sauna, gym and an amazing roof top area complete with BBQ's and fantastic views from the mountains to the ocean. You can also find a number of cafes and restaurants at your door step with many walking paths along the waters edge. This unit is located on the 5th Floor with lift access through out the building.
